They alert you when your due an appointment, both on text and email, they send reminders on day before appointment, a phone call on the day to say they are on their way . The engineer was very polite,got on with his job and tidied up after himself...Great company James frew!

The second one was excellent and took time to finish the repair and explain everything, he was obviously very experienced and well worth a recommendation for his knowledge and work completed.
