I ordered four pair of capri pants on June 2, 2026. First they only take paypal payments. I tried to put the payment in as a Visa payment but, when I hit submit it went through as paypal and paypal overcharged the tax rate. I had to call paypal for a refund which they gave me a hard time about because I didn't have a paypal account so they wanted me to set one up. I said no, refund the whole sale and forget about the order. So Jamofsauce had them refund the overcharge of $18.00. Next Jamofsauce did NOT cancel my order as requested. It took three emails and still no cancelation. After a month I got an email stating my order had shipped. That was 10 days ago. The tracking # provided has not budged and my shipment is still sitting out there somewhere. I will never order from this company again. Very poor customer support and terrible service. I don't know what to do if I don't like the items when they do get here. I'm sure the return process will be even harder.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THRY ARE SCAMMERS. I purchased the heavy large plastic bins. And what I received was the cheapest plastic bag that couldn’t fit a baby in it. Gave them time to resolve my issue and only offered to pay me $6 for my troubles when I paid over $27 for it. They are now refusing to give me full credit nor offered to send correct item. Bunch of thieves. I will be filing a complaint against this fraudulent company. Stealing hard earned money for low quality products.

i have been trying to make an order. i have redone it several times and i keep getting rejected. my credit card was recently hacked. so it was canceled and a new one replaced it. can you tell me why this card is rejected . janet r goetz Riga, Mi 49276

THE ZIPPER ON ONE WAS MESSED UP STRAIGHT OUT OF TGE BAG

The advertisement showed an adult sitting inside the plastic storage bag. I received the small bags. I am not happy about the false advisement.

Still haven’t received all!!!! Way too long to pay for something and not get!! And what received was nothing like what video showed very disappointing!!!
