Hi Lesley. Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to be a 5-star company, so it’s disappointing to see a 4-star rating.
We know this order took a little work from both sides as you wanted a replica and we needed a bit more info as to the layout from you, so we hope you were pleased with the final result.
We’re glad to hear you were happy with the communication and that the delivery was quick! We'd love to know why we didn't quite meet that 5 star rating for you.
Please let us know via email : info@jayceetrophies.co.uk
Hopefully next order we can meet the 5 stars we always aim for!
