10 Years of Loyalty, One Final Lesson: How I Was Treated
My name is Mohamed, although most people know me simply as Mo.

After 10 years of working for this company, I never imagined my employment would end this way.

For a decade, I gave this business my time, energy, loyalty, and hard work.

Many customers know me personally because I was always there to help. Although my official job title did not reflect it, I was entrusted with many responsibilities that went beyond my role, while also carrying out handyman duties and other tasks whenever required.

I supported customers, handled deliveries, solved problems, took on extra responsibilities, and did whatever was needed to help the business run smoothly.

I genuinely cared about the company and always gave my best.
Sadly, my experience became increasingly disappointing.

Despite my dedication and commitment, I often felt under pressure, unappreciated, and disrespected. Instead of feeling valued for my contribution, I was left feeling that my years of service meant very little.

During my time with the company, I saw many hardworking employees leave. In my opinion, management should reflect on why so many people chose to move on.

What upset me most was how my employment ended.

I dispute the deductions made from my final pay and believe I was not paid everything I was owed.

After dedicating such a large part of my life to this company, I expected a much more professional, respectful, and fair ending.

I chose to leave the company to pursue better career opportunities after many years of loyal service. Unfortunately, I felt that my hard work, commitment, and loyalty were not properly recognised.

It is deeply disappointing that my departure appeared to be met with bitterness, leaving me and my family in financial difficulty despite working my full notice period and fulfilling my contractual obligations.

I would also like customers to be aware that I have now left JCS Southwest.
Over the years, I regularly helped customers, acted as a link between customers and the company, and worked hard to resolve issues and concerns.
Many customers knew me personally and relied on my support.
As I am no longer employed by the company, I am no longer in a position to assist with or help resolve customer matters as I did in the past.
This review is not written out of anger.
It is written out of disappointment.
I believed loyalty, hard work, and commitment would be respected and appreciated.
Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I would encourage anyone considering working here to ask questions, understand their rights, and make their own informed decision.
A successful business is built by the people who work hard every day to make it successful.
I sincerely hope the company reflects on how employees are treated and works towards creating a more positive, respectful, and supportive workplace in the future.
After 10 years, I leave with disappointment instead of gratitude. That alone should say enough.

We purchased our Mazda Bongo conversion 2 years ago and have loved it ever since. We've never had an issue with it until there was a small issue with the leisure battery recently. Mo was incredibly helpful and quickly found the fault and fixed it there and then. He didn't even charge us. Highly recommended!

I bought a Toyota Vellfire from these guys a couple of years ago (great buy - no issues). I’ve been having a few issues with electrical bits and bobs this year so took the van back today. Excellent customer service from Mo (thank you for your patience) who fixed my parking camera, double checked my leisure battery and fridge connections and answered all of my random Campervan questions. If you need someone who knows their way around a van, these guys are so much better than a normal garage (who often don’t really want to touch conversions) with the added bonus of not being talked down to because I’m female. Thank you!

Recently bought a 435D grand coupe from JCS. the car is fantastic. had a couple of issues with the car that were noticed within a few days of having it

got in contact with the guys ( I mainly dealt with john and Tom) they were a great help getting the issues rectified promptly. Don't let the high mileage motors put you off !

We had another great experience with Jcs sw Campervans was looking to move from a VW campervan to a smaller camper , obviously looked online and Jcs campers stood out with detailed advertising so you had an accurate idea of each van, so we knew which one we were after beforehand and worth the 2hr drive again
Guys were the right balance of being down to earth not pushy let us look around at our leisure. We chose and paid a deposit on the day and they allowed 2 weeks to get it ready, and us organising payment and collection. We used Enterprise cars to drive up and leave at their depot round the corner so worked well. We had an excellent show round tutorial lasting a few hours, any issues noted were corrected straight away so we felt confident driving away. All the team were friendly and down to earth but ready to help and advise well, if needed after sale. Thank you

Purchased camper 3 months ago
Had issue with heater - fault was repaired immediately . Then recently tyre fault which was arranged within day of contacting .
No one expects perfection all the time but when issue you want company to deal with and feel Jcs has done this so all happy

This company should not be trusted. I bought a campervan from them last year and have had horrendous problems from the beginning. Not only has the vehicle been in and out of the garage for mechanical repairs, the conversion is diabolical. Everything (including electrical and gas) has been replaced by an approved Camping and Caravanning Club engineer. The diesel heater which was fitted was condemned. Please, for your own safety, steer clear of this company. I have reported them to Trading Standards but they still seem to be operating.

Very helpful after roadworks sent us bonkers. Mo turned up & helped us find their unit. Great prices, no hard sale. Left alone to view as many as we liked. Test drove, Paid deposit, van delivered to our place the next week.

We had been looking at campervans for a few months until we found JCS. We visited the site in Bristol as they have a wide selection of vehicles. Mo greeted us with a friendly smile and left us to have a look without any pressure or hard sell. He answered all of our questions and showed us differentvehicles. We left a deposit and collected our beautiful bongo a week later. We couldn't be happier, thanks to Mo and the team!

We bought our Black Japanese import Mazda bongo. The company gave the van a complete once over. We bought a few personalised items and they attached, a few decals, alloys, and a tow bar. And the van looks amazing. We would highly recommend you buy from these guys. A professional outfit

We purchased a Mazda Bongo from JCS and it was a great experience from start to finish. We wanted to buy from a dealership for peace and mind and a warrantee and Mo and his team didn’t let us down, even taking it back in to do some checks and fix some electrics free of charge. We’re absolutely in love with our 2001 rear conversion Bongo and we would recommend JCS to anyone looking for a similar Japanese import van, they went above and beyond.

JCS SW LTD is a fantastic company to purchase a camper from. We bought a Nissan Elgrand from them, fully converted to a very high standard.
Mo who dealt with us has been fantastic with taking us through the competition of the conversation and making it ready for collection. We have had a few minor issues but again Mo and his team have gone over and above to ensure they were fixed. Nothing has been too much trouble.
I would highly recommend JCS for buying a camper from them.

Bought a Toyota Vellfire in April 2024, I have had it just under a year now. The van has been great so far and reliable, runs well, have taken it to festivals and camping a number of times last year and used it as my main vehicle throughout the year.

Had one or two minor problems, the fog light/power hook up got bashed on the road when navigating a ramp, the roof sealant had a minor leak. JCS have been on it and sorted the problem under the warranty with no charge - each time it has been sorted quickly with no fuss. Ive also had a few questions about the van, which they answered promptly.

Throughout the transaction and the year of ownership they have stood by the word and have been keen to do a good job, on one occasion going above and beyond to make some cosmetic changes I requested that were not part of the warranty - again they did it free of charge.

Very happy with our new Mazda Bongo that we bought from JCS. Mo could not have been more helpful in answering our many questions and showing us various vans so we could work out which would work best for us. They fitted an extra seat belt for us and the van was in good order when we collected it. Mo was also very patient taking me through all the various features. All going well so far and we are looking forward to our future adventures. We are very grateful for an excellent level of service.

Took you 6 months to sort and fix a new turbo..had to borrow transport to get to and from work...when fixed...it lasted 4 weeks!!! and the second one lasted 5 weeks and had to be replaced by Toyota when it was still under warranty!!
'Steer' well clear..one way dead end street..!!!

As you or any mechanic would know..FUEL DOES NOT go through the turbo and could NOT have caused it to fail!!! As for court case...as I was taking you you to court I had to prove that the turbo was faulty/second hand and you did not have prove otherwise..You did not have to produce evidence for an original part YOU apparently fitted and the SECOND turbo YOU fitted failed again despite not running on biodiesel!! The case was for the first turbo NOT the second and I had to take it Toyota which cost me a massive amount!!

I recently purchased a Toyota Granvia from JCS, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The vehicle was in excellent condition, both inside and out, and the conversion was done beautifully. Mo was so friendly and helpful and he made buying the van a very relaxing experience. Mo kindly performed some modifications at my request and the van was ready for me in just a few days! The day I bought it I drove it straight to Devon (the van drove like a dream!) and I had a great first night in it. Overall buying the van from JCS was an excellent experience - Highly recommend!

Wow where do I start, an amazingly easy transaction from start to finish. These guys cannot do enough for you from start to finish. We chose a van and within 2 weeks our needs were met with the minimum of fuss. We needed a couple of changes to the van, body work scratches, fridge change (colour), valet, mot all done. Special mention to mo who handled our transaction so professionally, polite, courteous and so helpful. Cannot praise this company high enough

We were meet on our arrival by Mo who was friendly and helpful the whole time I dealt with him. Not once were we pushed into buying like you get from your traditional car salesman. He just pointed us in the right direction and let us explore and was around for any questions. This is the most relaxed I’ve felt buying vehicle. The choice of vans is wide and we were torn between 3 vans and Mo didn’t push us any way just gave us the information about each one and left us to make our minds up. After choosing they took the van and made it look like new, full service and MOT. We are more than happy with the service and the van we have bought. I highly recommend this place.
