Our spoodle coped really well with the journey from Melbourne to Dublin and we were very impressed with the care taken by jetpets. Intinery all went to plan and jetpets were very responsive to our needs

I used Jetpets for relocating my dog from Sydney to Japan. I’ve made overly a very positive experience and the entire process from filling up the questionnaire to ordering a right matching crate for my dog and doing all the paperwork was smooth and efficient. They even sent me updates on my dog during the time when she stayed with them and when she was checked in. I felt comfortably right from the beginning till the end. As with any dog parent, our fur baby is our child and we worry endlessly about him! We made the move from Australia to the UK and genuinely from initial enquiry in Australia to pick up at the airport in London, the process was so seamless, every concern was alleviated, communication was constant and photos of Ollie throughout his journey were so comforting. Every person we engaged with throughout the journey was a lover of animals and you could just tell were dog people - why else go into a job surrounded by pets!? Jordi at Jetpets was phenomenal, taking initiative to check in and prompt any further concerns and answer every question under the sun that I had as a worry wort! Ollie, our border collie, is settling in perfectly to his new home! He was so happy and jumping all over us when we picked him up in London. We can't thank Jordi and Jetpets enough for everything they have done to make Ollie's journey over seamless and reassuring that he was happy and cared for on a long journey, and took care of everything while we were making all of our other moving arrangements!

From the first phone call Jetpets have been amazing to deal with. We had to bring forward the move and they organised everything without hassle. My 2 girls were picked up ahead of schedule from home and I was notified once they got to the transit lounge. Receiving a report card about what they had done prior to flying was a brilliant bonus and the photos were adorable. On arrival at Brisbane to collect them the people at the cargo area were so lovely, the girls were happy and looked after so well, I would not hesitate to recommend JetPets.

JetPets showed extraordinary care for my anxious old boy Poppy on his trip home: truly above and beyond. Poppy had been a bit poorly during his month of loneliness at PEQ quarantine and so I was incredibly grateful that Jet Pets carefully observed him for a day before putting him on his flight to Darwin. Montana made herself available late at night when I was pacing up and down and the airport, and took care to follow up that everything was alright once he arrived. Poppy has made a full recovery from his ordeal, and my nerves are all the better because of JetPet's genuine efforts to reduce the trauma of an international movement like this.

I was 100 % satisfied with Jetpets getting my doggos from Melbourne to Perth. They are in constant contact with you and give you updates of when they will delivery your family. My doggos was happy when they finally arrived. I would definitely highly recommend them.

Very professional and you can tell they care about the pets entrusted to them. Our dog is anxious and I was concerned about international travel but he couldn't have had a better outcome. Communication is brilliant and the updates were so appreciated.

The process was reasonably simple and our consultant, Chloe, was great with communication and just made us feel very reassured about the BIG move.

Our pet arrived in great condition and we were sent a mini report card from each pet handler along the transit. It was super cute but most of all it was great to see how cared for our pet was.

Jetpets was always responsive, helpful and went above and beyond. My 2 cats had to fly from Australia to Canada without me. After getting quotes from several pet travel agencies, and reading reviews, I settled on Jetpets and I'm glad I did. As this was a first for myself and my cats, I had a lot of questions, and they were always answered professionally and timely (Big shoutout to my Travel Consultant Chloe!).
From the airport, they sent photos alongside personalized blurbs about how they were getting on. Jetpets put me at ease, every step of the way! My cats arrived more calm than expected and I know Jetpets crew of true animal lovers was a huge part in this.

Katie and the team at Jetpets were great to work with - they transported my 2 cats from Sydney to London and ensured I was updated and reassured throughout the process. They delivered the transport crates months in advance so my cats could get used to them, then worked with me to collect my cats from their temporary fosterer in Sydney & deliver them to me in London. My cats arrived healthy and in good condition, and adjusted relatively quickly to their new home. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to transport their fur family overseas with them!

We moved our 11yr old Cavoodle Levi from SYD to LHR & had a fantastic experience with JetPets. We started the process in February & Rachael supported us every step of the way, answering all our questions & keeping us informed at all times. We were very anxious but every interaction we had with JetPets & their UK partner was very comforting & professional. Levi was very happy to see us & settled in after a few days. Jetpets provided a great service, they were very helpful in the preparation of Marmite's (cat) flight, they provided updates on Marmite's care at every stage of leading up to his flight and he arrived his normal chatty self. Huge thank you all the Jetpets staff

Jetpets were caring, efficient, knowledgeable and all around it made an experience we were a bit anxious about, a lot easier. Our pet is quite sensitive to strangers and being in different places, and how she was returned to us reflected that she had been cared for well and treated gently by people who are obviously pet lovers and know how to handle and look after more timid pets.

Our 9 year old, stress head cat, was moved from Australia to the UK. We honestly did not realise how big of a process this was going to be. All the staff at Jetpets were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. All updates were great and they made it so easy to have all the proper documentation sorted.

Our cat made it here safe and sound and seemed to actually have a very smooth and comfortable journey!
