First time using Jetpets and would recommend them to anyone wanting to transport your pet. Move to New Zealand and Jetpets made organising everything easy. Great communication from start to finish. Thank you to all Jetpets staff for looking after Shadow. Excellent service.

Very fast quoting and Erin Whitford was very responsive with communication by phone and email. Really appreciated the email and SMS alerts with details and photos along my puppy's journey from pickup, check in, departure and landing. Definitely put me at ease throughout the process. Wonderful service and highly recommended.

Do not let Jetpets transport your pet. Ever.

I trusted Jetpets to treat my dog humanely. What I found at the cargo facility in Rome, after her journey from Brisbane, was heartbreaking.

During transit, the updates sent to me read like generic, copy-and-paste messages, the same kind of wording sent to every client. They gave no real sense of how my dog was doing. Given the condition she arrived in, I believe they were untrue.

I believe she was never taken out of her crate between Monday and Wednesday. When we reached her, she was shaking, covered in faeces and urine, her coat matted with it. Her water bowl was bone dry and had faeces in it. The crate was littered with piles of waste, and hundreds of flies were crawling over her. This was not a safe place for a living animal.

When we pulled her out, she yelped. I got water to her, and she gulped it so desperately she started retching. My dog is calm and gentle. I did not recognise the frightened animal in front of me.

There was nowhere to wash her, and no taxi would take her. We only found a driver by offering to pay anything, which was really a clean-up fee for the mess.

Forty minutes later, at home, she was still trembling. She refused food, which anyone who knows her would find unthinkable. She startled at every noise and kept her tail tucked between her legs. It took hours of warm baths, love and constant physical contact to settle her.

I will never know what she went through. I only know the condition she arrived in was appalling and completely unacceptable for a company paid to care for her.

If you love your pet, choose anyone but Jetpets.

And finally, thank you to Tahnia, who drove them all the way from Sydney Airport to their new home. We are so grateful for the care she took with them on that final leg of their journey.

We honestly cannot thank the Jetpets team enough for getting our two cats, Rusty and Rocky, safely from Australia to the UK.

Moving pets internationally is incredibly stressful, especially when you’re trusting someone else with such important members of your family, but Jetpets made the whole experience so much easier. We received regular updates throughout their journey, which gave us so much reassurance knowing where they were and how they were doing.

Rocky unfortunately developed a wound just before travelling, which made us even more nervous about the journey, but the care the Jetpets team gave her was incredible. They kept a close eye on her injury, made sure her treatment and cream were continued, and kept us updated on how she was doing. It was very clear that both cats were genuinely cared for rather than simply being transported from A to B.

Both Rusty and Rocky arrived safely in the UK and are now happily settling into their new home and being thoroughly spoilt!

We are so grateful to Kate and the entire Jetpets team for taking such wonderful care of them and for making such a daunting process feel manageable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jetpets to anyone needing to relocate their pets, especially internationally.

I would recommend jetpets without hesitation. We exported Chappy to Thailand and they made the process very easy. Communication was great, especially once they had picked him up. I felt like he was in safe hands the whole way. They organised everything all I had to do was taking him to the vet for vaccinations and provide the paper work. The even transport door to door making the process as easy and safe as possible.

Jetpets were amazing. They collected my cat from quarantine and took her to the airport to fly to Sydney where I collected her. The communication from them was excellent, they helped and informed me every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

Flying your pet internationally is one of the most stressful things you can do as a pet owner, but Jetpets made the entire experience so comfortable from start to finish.

We booked our 12-year-old Bichon, Bali (her name), from Perth to Auckland.

From the moment we booked, the communication was consistent and reassuring; they handled the entire process end to end, so we never had to wonder what was happening or what came next. Every member of the team we engaged with was such an avid pet lover, which set me at ease.

The highlight was the airport transit lounge. We received a travel report card on Bali, covering her personality, her walk, and her toilet break, along with a personal note from her dedicated pet handler and the most adorable photos of her during her stay. As someone who was genuinely anxious about this, receiving that update was such a gift. It made the whole experience feel personal and caring rather than clinical.

Bali bounced back so quickly after her journey, and I truly believe the quality of care she received made all the difference.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jetpets to anyone flying their pet. These people genuinely care.

Reunited with my husky pup yesterday, who traveled from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles. He's healthy, hydrated, energetic, and happy, and we couldn't have asked for more. Jetpets took great care of Maxi and the entire process, which for a relocation of this magnitude required extensive documentation, preparation, and knowledge of export requirements and logistics. We felt supported and well-informed every step of the way, the communication and responsiveness were excellent, and every person we dealt with in the process was a pro. The handlers in particular were so great, and clearly animal lovers. For such a challenging lengthy journey, we couldn't have asked for a better support network, including Jetpets' affiliates (boarding, vets, handlers at the destination).

This is our second international pet relocation with Jetpets, and they're the service we will always use and recommend to our friends.

Moving your furry family member from Australia to England is a daunting task,but Jetpets couldn’t have made it any easier.
From our first contact to when our Westie Dougie was delivered to us everything was explained, the portal was easy to navigate and we were kept updated at every step along the way.
Our initial plans were disrupted due to the issues in the Middle East and Dougie had an interesting alternative route to take, but again we were given updates and photos from Jetpets and their affiliated pet moving companies in Canada and UK at every stage.
Dougie travelled from Adelaide to Brisbane (2 night stay) - Brisbane to Vancouver (8 hour comfort stop) and then Vancouver to London
We were able to track his flights and had several phone calls from the delivery company in the UK 😊

Our experience with Jetpets was exceptional from start to finish. Nicole went above and beyond to help us with booking our flight, arranging our dog's last-minute health check, and making what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and manageable.

Solid service. Good communication and availability to work on Sundays from quarantine to interstate travel. Only downside they are 20-30% more expensive than the competitors - but the competitors weren't able to deliver on Sunday, so I went with JetPets.

Best experience ever relocating our 2 cats from Australia to Europe. No question was left unanswered, our cats were treated like they were Jetpets own pets.
