We entrusted the team at Jetpets with collecting a new addition to our family and transporting Charles, an 8-month-old Shitzu, from Brisbane to Adelaide. Erin, our main contact, was very helpful throughout the process, providing constant updates and a personalised itinerary when the details were finalised. We were very happy with the service provided and would have no hesitation in using Jetpets again or recommending their service

Moving Doris from Sydney back to London was one of the most stressful things I've had to organise. She's my 10-year-old pug and, like most pet parents, I worried about every little detail.

From the very beginning, Jetpets made the whole process feel so much easier. Everything was incredibly well organised, communication was fantastic, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had.

One of my favourite touches was Doris' little travel report card, along with the photos and updates from the day before she travelled. Hearing how she'd settled in and that the team had all fallen in love with her genuinely meant so much. It made leaving her in their care so much easier.

You can tell these guys have been doing this for a long time. They know exactly what they're doing, and that experience gives you so much confidence throughout the process. The pricing was also very competitive, which was an added bonus.

When it's your fur baby, you only want the very best. I genuinely wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Doris and making what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel smooth, reassuring and professional from start to finish.

Fantastic experience! Moved overseas for work and took our pup along for the adventure. After searching online, Jetpets stood out as a pet relocation service and we were not disappointed. Our consultant, Yi Ying, took us through the whole process and made sure we were aware of all the steps and documentation we needed to keep the experience as smooth as possible.

Safe to stay, our dog Kilo had an awesome experience. We chose to arrange a door-to-door service with Jetpets and this meant they picked him up (purchased a travel crate with them as well), lodged him overnight for final health checks and to settle before his big flight, sorted him out with Customs and Importation and delivered him to our new home overseas.

The team kept us in the loop with SMS and emails during Kilo's whole trip and even provided a Report Card for his time at the pet hotel before he jumped on the plane. We got a kick out of reading this for sure!

While we intend to stay overseas for some time, we wouldn't hesitate to call on Jetpets again should the need arise to come home and we have Kilo or a future sibling in toe.

Absolutely amazing experience. So easy to do. They organise everything. I was worried for my two dogs, Tom and Jerry, when they were going but even the handler who picked them up made them feel comfortable immediately and they were no longer anxious. I asked if it was possible to keep both of my dogs together as often as possible on the journey, and Jet Pets made that happen with no hassle. We received picture updates along the way and updates on how the dogs were walked, fed, how much they ate and drank and how their behaviour was. When we picked up my dogs at the destination, they were as clean and happy as when I saw them before they left. The staff was so kind and helpful, and I love that they all had their own pets pictures as their sign offs on emails. Especially thank you to Katie for all the help along the way. Highly recommend this company and if I am ever travelling with my dogs again, I will be using Jet Pets.

JetPets make the complicated & confusing process of importing your dog into Australia much easier and they look after your pet. I would definitely use them again if the need arose

The handlers throughout the flights also worked tirelessly through storms to pick and deliver in a timely manner in both Singapore and Brisbane (Australia).

The one downside is that PEQ are unable to send pics so when I would receive emails stating Max and Roxy were not eating - it made me anxious.

Other than that a tremendous service.

I moved my cat Taz from Victoria to Tasmania. Very anxious about the whole move and how she would fair. Arrived safe and sound and while slightly bewildered settled in as soon as I got her to the car. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my side kick.

We moved our dog Blu from London to Sydney, I honestly can't recommend Jetpets more, they were so professional, helpful and patient, trust me the amount of organising it takes to prepare with vaccines/blood tests etc from the UK to Australia can be quite overwhelming as well as it being an emotional time, but they took care of everything! They even liaised directly with our UK vet when it came to timings and relevant certificates being sent over, I couldn't have done it without them.
Gillian was my lovely contact here in Australia, she was amazing, always available on the other end of the phone ready to answer any of my queries. She was there every step of the way!
Blu arrived safe and sound after his stay in quarantine a week ago and he was in perfect health, the quarantine team were very good at liaising with me during his time there keeping me updated about his eating, his toilet, him settling in etc.
Lexia who delivered Blu to our door was great too, she waited and I'm sure enjoyed watching the reunion!
Before then handing over paperwork etc.

Jet pets were great in every way.
Moving pets internationally is a daunting process but Jet pets made it so easy. Everything explained clearly.
Our Jack Russel brothers Basil and Rusty flew last week from Sydney to Bangkok to Chiang Mai where we picked them up.
The staff at Jet pets are genuinely pet people who care.
Through their trip we had constant updates and photos of where they were and how they were doing which was great.
Overall a great experience.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jet pets to anyone looking to transport their fury friends internationally.

I've just moved my dog from Australia to the UK. Jetpets are absolutely fantastic! Every step of the way was a breeze, from go to whoa, they handled absolutely everything! I got updates throughout her travel days, photos and alot of information on how my girl was doing. I was quite anxious and they really put my mind at rest. She had a dedicated carer at the boarding kennel while she was waiting for her flight. A total of 4 days. My girl was so happy when I collected her, I could just tell she had been very loved, and soo well cared for. I tell everyone how fantastic Jetpets were and would highly recommend them to anyone relocating their pets. Wonderful experience!

We used Jetpets to transport our lovely dog from Melbourne quarantine to Sydney. Jordi and the team were super helpful and kept us informed with lovely reports and photos which was incredibly reassuring. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of Erin Whitford and the Jetpets team. We recently flew our cat Hazel and from start to finish the experience was absolutely seamless.

Hazel is like my daughter, so naturally I was incredibly anxious about her first flight. Erin went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble and there were truly no such thing as “silly questions”, every concern I had was met with patience, professionalism and genuine care.

The updates and communication throughout the process were exceptional and knowing Hazel was in such capable hands gave me complete peace of mind. When she arrived safe and sound, I honestly couldn’t have been happier.

If you love your pets and need to fly them, I would highly recommend Jetpets – and Erin Whitford in particular. The level of service, compassion and attention to detail is second to none.

Jetpets were amazing in helping me to bring my 3 year old Ragdoll Baby to Malaysia from Australia in March 2026. Can't thank the guys enough. They were so dedicated and professional and Baby was looked after at all stages of the transfer. Would highly recommend them to others who need to relocate a pet.

Really great communication throughout with Jetpets. They arranged my pets transport from quarantine in Melbourne to Sydney, and they really helped take away any stress or concern I had about the last leg of my dogs journey. It was also so lovely to receive pictures and a little report card after having to go the length of quarantine with no updates.

Transporting pets? Look no further. We had the beautiful god-cat Ra flown from Melbourne to Perth y’day, couldn’t have asked for better service. Erin, who dealt with all my queries was excellent, organised the trip very well. They care about the welfare of all the animals & keep you informed of your pets progress.
Pick up in Perth was wonderful, Ra was in air conditioned comfort with 2 great staff members to look after him. Jetpets will always be my first choice, thanks, Rose.

Jetpets handled my two cats long trip from perth to Dubai, and i cannot thank them enough for such a professional smooth handling of all aspects of their trip. Both my cats are healthy and happy.

We relocated from Sydney to London in December, 2025. I was incredibly anxious for weeks about the trip for our 15-year-old cat, Pippa, but Nicole and Kaye calmly and patiently reassured me with each email and phone communication. We really appreciated the email and text updates once Pippa was picked up from our home. It was a long trip for us all, but we were happily reunited at Gatwick with Pippa, who was in good health. She settled really quickly into our Airbnb. I'd definitely use Jetpets again.
