Jewelryandfindings Avis

I have had lots of lovely items from this site, on the odd occassion when i have had an issue with something it has been dealt with very quickly.
HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM

I love these guys! I placed my first order, I wanted everything, so it was a huge order. Was concerned, since this was my first order. The shipping was sooo fast, everything was protected, nothing was broke, and everything was in the package. I had so many questions before the order, and every time i emailed with one of my questions, they were fast to respond, and very nice and profession. This was one of the best buying experiences! I will be buying again soon! Thank you!

I have now ordered several times from JaF, and I am still amazed at the continuous quality and awesome customer service. I waited until a few orders had been filled to write a review , to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I honestly and truly am impressed by the items available and customer service.
Thank you to everyone who fill my orders and answers my emails. As of late even the shipping time has been impressive. 5 stars!! Highly recommend in all areas.

Amazing company. All items are true to picture and good quality. The shipping is fast and customer care in brilliant.

Beautiful products, excellent service, speedy delivery. Friendly and helpful staff. Great sales where you can buy beautiful products for good value. Highly recommend. A++++.

I once had to send an email to inquire about a tool I wanted to purchase, I got an expedient and courteous reply. I've been purchasing a few things from them as of late, always carefully packaged. Everything in order is in order, no missing inventory. I highly recommend for anyone to use this company for jewellery supply needs.

I really like the things that I order and I will be ordering more. Thank you it was great the thing that I bought.

Great Company. Quality items, very reasonable prices, and fast shipping! Highly recommend. I will be a long time customer for sure.

I debated for a while on whether or not to place an order as honestly I wasn't sure what to expect. I eventually placed an order as they had such a great selection of things I wanted to buy and it was also the best value for money. From the time of ordering, to receiving my package the process was around 7 days! That in itself is incredible. Everything was securely packaged and my order exceeded my expectations. The quality is amazing and I was pleased with everything although I would add, make sure you check the sizes of everything you order as some things were bigger and smaller than I anticipated(I should've double checked). The only real downside for me is the shipping cost as it was about £55 which was almost the same as my order total, adding customs fees I had to pay(expected this) too there was about an additional £25 on top, so around £80 in shipping and fees. I've shopped on other similar sites which offer free or very low cost shipping but I would still place future orders with this company and deal with the cost. Overall I would recommend but make sure your order is worth the cost you may pay in shipping and customs!

Quick turnaround time. Updated tracking. Would do business again.

This company has one of the fastest turn around (time between ordering and shipping) that I have dealt with that is overseas. Their prices are great. Their products beautiful.

I bought a jewellery box. It took two months to arrive. Was not aware it was coming from china as no reference on site. No proof of mailing or tracking. I just had to trust it had been sent. Did finally receive from china after two months. Not transparent. I would not reccomend as the stress caused is not worth it.

Product range fantastic and great value, very helpful service

Very wary on using this Chinese company as their prices seemed too good to be true but was encouraged as they accepted Paypal.

Amazing! Excellent item, very good communications with tracking, and goods arrived in seven days.

Would definitely recommend
