I have the worst experience. They are fraudulent and more cruel on immigrants/refugees. They use their policy against U. I worked with them for months but they were not processing my salary. I contacted almost all the responsible people and even the head. But they were ignoring me. I went to court and waited for almost one month for the court hearing. One day before the court, their boss called me that hey! I just knew that Ur salary is not processed. I said yes. He said no problem Mr. ..... . Please send me these details & documents and I myself will process it. When i sent it, they sent me the money in 2 hours. And after that, he requested to write a letter to the court and cancel the hearing. "i could go to court and explain everything but it would also take my time,money and energy that is why i skipped. I was new and totally confused." The JOB VALLEY are cruel and faudulent people. THEY SELL U ON CHEAP PRICE & act with you as u r slave. (note: i can give phone number, time of call and email screenshots as proof).

Ich bin sehr glücklich, bei Job Vally zu arbeiten. Ich bin Student und arbeite sehr gerne bei diesem Unternehmen. Ich möchte auf jeden Fall weiterhin bei Job Vally arbeiten.

Als Student habe ich manchmal Prüfungen oder Vorlesungen an meiner Universität. In diesen Zeiten buche ich Schichten entsprechend meiner Verfügbarkeit. Diese Flexibilität hilft mir, mein Studium und meine Arbeit unter einen Hut zu bringen.

Die Arbeit bei Job Vally hilft mir auch, mich weiterzuentwickeln. In Zukunft möchte ich meine Karriere vorantreiben und eine Festanstellung bei Job Vally bekommen.

Everything is smooth with jobvalley, sometimes shift availability is a bit odd but i believe they try their best to help students.

I like the option to flexibly work on my terms.

They are most of the time out of reach. You will call them but haven’t get any response in proper time, same things happen also for email. They are totally messed up with the Lieferando contract. They even cannot maintain a minimum communication with their vendor party and also with employees. They also give you the false commitment. But their payment is always good at least with me.

I love this work and actually i am enjoying when i am doing my shift and Thank you job Valley for gave me this wonderful job.

Job valley is one of the best companies ever in Germany and very supportive for students. They give flexible shifts which allows students to balance work and school. With regards to time keeping and payment of salaries too the are faithful. Will always recommend and give it 5 stars

I’m available for the riding Frando, but I don’t have a bicycle so that’s why I have request jobvalley and he said we will provide you E bicycle but still now not given it that’s why I can’t continue my shift

An alle,
meine Erfahrungen mit Jobvalley waren insgesamt gemischt.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und sachliche Support. Rückfragen zu Arbeitszeiten wurden korrekt aufgenommen und bearbeitet.

Verbesserungswürdig ist jedoch die Transparenz bei der Anzeige von Einsätzen. Obwohl mein Profil vollständig aktiv und korrekt eingerichtet ist, werden mir über längere Zeiträume keine neuen Einsätze in der App angezeigt. Als Nutzer ist dabei nicht immer klar nachvollziehbar, ob dies an einer geringen Verfügbarkeit, an der Systemlogik oder an den Matching-Einstellungen liegt.

Zudem basiert die Vergabe von Einsätzen stark auf Verfügbarkeit und Schnelligkeit. Da Schichten oft sehr schnell ausgebucht sind, gehen Möglichkeiten leicht verloren, ohne dass alternative Einsätze vorgeschlagen oder aktiv vermittelt werden.

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass Jobvalley hier transparenter kommuniziert und Nutzer aktiver über verfügbare oder alternative Einsatzmöglichkeiten informiert.

Insgesamt eine solide Plattform, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial bei Kommunikation und aktiver Vermittlung.

Was mir super eingefallen ist, dass man die mögliche Einsätzen problemlos abbuchen kann.
Außerdem kann man um Schichten-Freischalten bitten, wenn es keine Schichten auftauchen.
