It's good to get some work for students. I'm 4 stars not 5 stars because 1 worked 4 hours+ but you mentioned 3:50 minutes in my counting time.

I enjoyed the entire services provided and the kind and caring staff.

My recent experience with Jobvalley has been utterly unacceptable. They cancelled my confirmed shifts claiming I “did not meet the requirements,” even though I passed their interview and was placed into the pool by their own staff member.
Here is what truly baffles me:
How can Jobvalley call a student “irresponsible” and “unreliable” for one tiny, human mistake, especially when that same student has worked with them for more than a year and a half with no issues?
How does that make sense? How does one small misunderstanding suddenly erase an entire history of reliability and hard work?
The tone of the message I received was unnecessarily harsh and personally upsetting. The absolute minimum we expect is respect. Instead, we are lectured and talked down to as if our time and effort mean nothing.
And I have a genuine question for Jobvalley:
If your main service is matching and transferring shifts to students, something you heavily market everywhere, then how is a student suddenly at fault? What exactly is the point of the interviews, the pools, and the entire system if you cannot coordinate within your own team?
I even informed them three days before the shift, yet they reacted as though I had committed something serious. Meanwhile, their app has shown almost no available jobs for months, forcing students to try different options just to understand what is even possible. Instead of acknowledging these clear issues, they choose to blame students.
After this experience, I can firmly say:
Jobvalley does not treat students fairly, respectfully, or professionally. Their communication is harsh, their system is unreliable, and their attitude toward students is disappointingly dismissive.

I love working with Jobvalley. I really appreciate you for making life easy for Students.

Best thing that ever happened to me as an international student

Arbeitsatmosphäre war gut. Unterkünfte waren auch interessant, aber ich bedauere die Tatsache, dass einige ohne Küche in ihren Zimmern rechnen sollten. Das war ein bisschen peinlich besonders für eine lange Schicht. Ansonsten insgesamt war alles super.

Habe mehrere Jahre über Jobvalley verschiedenste Jobs gearbeitet.

Es war eigentlich immer alles okay. Aber bei der letzten Arbeitsstelle musste ich meine Arbeitskleidung chemisch reinigen lassen bevor ich sie nach dem Ende der Beschäftigung zurückgeben musste.

Mit wurde versprochen dass die Kosten getragen werden vom Betrieb bei dem ich tätig war. Dieser verwies mich wiederum wieder zu Jobvalley und versicherte mir ich würde die Rückerstattung bekommen.

Fast ein halbes Jahr lief ich dieser Rückzahlung her, man wollte auf mich zurückkommen aber nie ist etwas passiert.

Sehr enttäuschend, bis dahin war die Zusammenarbeit okay.
Gerade als Student ist so eine chemische Reinigung nicht billig.

Three months and I have recieved no shifts. When I have communicated about my problem I have received underwhelming responses like there's no shifts available or the pool they have added me into do not need new people right now. I don't know if this a recurring problem for every user of this app but it was for me and I am very unhappy.
