Harriet was fabulous throughout the…
Harriet was fabulous throughout the purchase. Friendly and polite. A problem with the health check when it stated all exterior lights were operational. Once changing the lights settings to cooper works the bulb was fused. Should be replaced free of charge.

Problems and solutions.
The Sales person, Tom Higgins was excellent, but embarrassed because on handing over the new car, the software was inoperable, resulting in our going home in a courtesy car, and returning the next day to collect the new, problem rectified car. Outside of that, the John Clark personnel were most helpful.
