"I recently picked up my new Mini…Quelle JOIE!
I recently picked up my new Mini....this is the sixth Mini I have bought from John Clark Aberdeen....therein must lie a positive story..it certainly does ..it is people who create a most pleasant stress free experience....Thomas Higgins was patient with me...( one of the mature older generation ).., He was most knowledgeable, friendly and yet business -like in his approach, very mannerly and extremely polite ..mark out of ten? 10!

Great service, friendly staff.
I was kept up to date on all the work required throughout the day, and they gave me a lift back to town when the car had to be kept overnight. Great service, friendly staff.

New Mini Clubman
My wife was looking for a new car and we decided to have a look at John Clark Mini. We met Harriett Bryant, who was very helpful and put us under no pressure to buy. My wife test drove a Mini and enjoyed driving it.
I have to say we got a good fair deal on our car as a trade-in for a new Mini Clubman. Can't thank the people at John Clark Mini, especially Harriet.

Excellent and thorough information
I dealt with the same person who helped my wife choose her new Motability vehicle - the top of the range 2.0 litre 3-door hatch with the Premium Plus package. I wanted to get information on the PCP costs for the 1.5 litre 3-door hatch with the Premium Plus package. Jenny was excellent to deal with and I decided to go ahead with the deal

Honestly the worst car dealership I…
Honestly the worst car dealership I ever had to deal with I was supposed to get car on 3/10 but nobody phone for over a week to say the car are getting a recall the the sales person was very rude I was phoning and the said stop phoning us for updates then on 25/11 the car came they had puf on wrong reg

Harriet at John Clark MINi was the person helping me with all my mini queries and put together a package for me that was absolutely perfect!
At no time did I feel pressured or felt like I was dealing with a salesperson.

Amazing service let down by sloppiness.
The amazing service was that they found me a car last minute, as mine wasn’t fit for the road, which I really appreciated. However, the service dept didn’t reset the break fluid service check which means I have to go back and get this (admittedly minor) reset. That said, there is always the niggle at the back of your mind ‘did it get done?’ and even though they promised me that it was, you still wonder…

Certainly do not meet or exceed expectations
The vehicle was booked in for a service and MOT. The day before we were advised that the MOT facility was out of action. They could do the service but not the MOT. We chose to reschedule everything rather than make two journeys into Aberdeen. When we eventually took the vehicle in at 0830 we were advised that it might not be finished that day. It wasn’t and had to stay in overnight. Not great at all.
