Great item. Quality material. I shall be returning to buy more stuff. Fast delivery too.
Thanks.

Beautiful basket, well wrapped, prompt delivery

Great baskets, really helpful and excellent communication from John, very accommodating on delivery, and nice personal touch writing a handwritten note on the delivery invoice. I'll definitely come back to you if we need further similar products. Always great to support local crafts.

An excellent and seamless service. I purchased a hand made to order product, I was updated as soon as it became available so I could complete my purchase.

Incredibly beautiful handiwork! I bought a Norfolk Shopper for my friend's birthday. She is over the moon. Thank you John, it's really special piece.

I've bought three different pieces from John Cowan Baskets over the past few years and honestly I'm happy every time I see and use them! Log basket/umbrella stand/vegetable picker. I love that they were expertly made using traditional methods and have subtle details with different tones and patterns making them really unique, like functional artworks. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and well made. Will last at lifetime.

Blown away by the quality of the basket - clearly well made with UK-sourced materials. The smell of the willow is beautiful. Such a difference from the cheap products we've become accustomed to.

It also looks beautiful and is a unique shape that feels strong and sturdy. Perfect!

Lovely basket well made and strong. Ideal for fruit and veg on the allotment. Just a nice size.
Not actually used yet as bought as gift for wife

The basket was lovely and arrived even quicker than expected!
It is so well made and I have already used it while out and about in the woodlands foraging. Delivery was quick too.

Very fast delivery, basket is exactly as described. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Beautiful baskets that make unique gifts - friendly, easy communication every time.
As always, timely and well packaged delivery of these wonderful handmade and first class items.

Communication first class. Prompt delivery and superbly packaged. As ever, the quality of the workmanship is second to none. Beautiful product. I buy for myself and for gifts and am always thrilled with the baskets.

So pleased with my log basket, it is beautiful.

I wanted a Wicker Basket that was made locally, not an inferior product from a large company. I’m delighted with my purchase from John Cowan Baskets, thank you very much.

Arrived safely. Lovely basket now waiting for some cakes to bake to put in it.

What a wonderful artisan to have discovered! My laundry basket is wonderful. Great shape, fantastic size and colour - with a neat little lid nestling on the top. The rim is built in a way that makes it easy to lift and move around. The one I bought 30 years ago is now in the spare room. I hope this is not my last purchase. Treat yourself.
