Calibrate Avis 

All the tools that I’ve had have been amazing. I feel I’ve learned things that will help me continuously for the rest of my life. I also feel with Brittany. I have felt so comfortable to be able to talk to her to ask her questions to get more help And guidance. And even though the other coaches that I’ve had to have fill in have been great it hasn’t been as good of an experience that I’ve had with Brittany. She is truly amazing.

I've been with Calibrate for over a year and the support is what keeps me going. From the doctors, medical support team, and my coach i have found success.

Crystal my coach has just been nothing short of AMAZING!! The confidence she gives me every time we meet is exactly what I need to keep going. If I didn’t crush a goal I had set she still encourages me and doesn’t judge me and does whatever she can to help me be successful. If I do crush a goal (even if it feels like a small win) she tells me how proud she is and how amazing I am doing. This healthy journey is no where near easy but having a coach that is actually for you and is your biggest cheerleader, makes all the difference, and that is what Crystal has done for me!

Wonderful program, I am extremely happy and satisfied. It has been such a pleasure to work with my coach Katie C. She is a wonderful person, always positive , always encouraging and supportive,Katie gave me so many ideas what and how to do things and personal approach . My favorite part is when Katie reviews my progress and cheers for me . learned so much about making healthy food choices and how important tracking steps, sleep, red foods and weight every day is . The clasess they have in every level a very interesting and informative. The medical team is also a top.
I recommend calibrate to all my friends and especially Katie C. Thank you for all you do !

I started my Calibrate journey a little over three months ago. This program is very flexible for weight loss/life balancing. The tools Calibrate provide are extremely helpful, from the ap to help you organize and track your progress, to the scale that reports directly to the ap, the biweekly meetings with the coaching team (Coach Alexandra M. is phenomenal!) and the periodic reviews with the clinician staff.

This program has something for everyone. For those that need information on healthy eating and habits, there is a great curriculum that opens up as you progress through the program so that you aren't hit with too much information at once. For those that need accountability, the biweekly coaching sessions will keep you on track or help you get back on track.

The program, at least from my experience, has been very supportive and not strong armed or judgmental.
I have tried many different paths to weight loss, Calibrate has been my most successful attempt by far, going from 385 lbs. to 333 lbs. in these past three months. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a support system to help lose weight, look into Calibrate.

Coach Crystal is awesome, very understanding and great at listening. She never discourages me and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m hitting my goals.

The program makes so much sense and my coach and clinician are truly realistic about an individuals issues and provide advise on how to make positive lifestyle changes that work. I was hesitant about the program at first, but I love how it is presented and how you build upon it in levels to make it achievable changes that result in a healthier "you".

Prior to Calibrate, I also have never been in a program in which I found the coaches to be actually helpful. My coach is positive and approachable. I look forward to our meetings.

I have been on two different programs and swapped because Calibrate is sponsored by my company. So originally it was a huge cost saving avenue for me to go down. Was a little taken back and worried about the Coaching requirements, as that is normally not my thing, but I have been on this for a little bit of time now, and can say that all of my concerns were dashed after my first coaching session with Alexandra M. Very personable and look forward to each session. Not an in your face approach, but a knowledgable, lets work together and get me where I want to be approach. Each conversation is fun and I actually look forward to the next one.

My coach is very good. She’s very helpful positive. I’m finding the diet quite easy and I’m slowly losing weight which was my goal. Very happy with everything.

I have had the best encouragement throughout the year I have been with Calibrate.

I have had victories with weight loss, but when issues with weight loss occurred, my counselor helped me to identify how to get back on track with goals.

Crystal has been amazing to work with. She’s very transparent with me and helps me write achievable goals that will also require me to push myself a little. I’ve honestly never felt better than I have in the last month since starting with Calibrate.

I have been with the program for a little over 4 month’s Calibrate has been a great option for me. The clinicians were very helpful in deciding what medication would work best for me .
Meeting with my weight coach has also been extremely helpful she always cheers me on ! If your serious about getting healthy they are there for you ..They even have great exercise videos with Adam that anyone can do .
They’re always there for you to help in any way needed ..

The clinical team is always so fast at responding & were able to change my medication dose anytime i needed it.

My coach Hannah has been amazing & very helpful. I have learned a lot that I didn’t know before. The time has flown by and I didnt realize its been a year already with Calibrate. Ive enjoyed every moment & have taken all suggestions into consideration. Im proud of how far ive come

The best thing about this program has been the friendly smile and encouraging words from my Coach Penelope! She always listens to my questions and helps give me some good advice on what am struggling with.Everyone so far from the start of this journey has been great to work with. Am losing weight and learning how to make good food choices. Coach Penelope gave me some good advice about getting more protein into my body so I don't store fat!

My coach is very nice, friendly & knowledgeable. Always helpful in answering any questions and/or follows up if unable to answer right away.

The Calibrate program is awesome! The app is easy to use and the curriculum is helpful and simple to understand and learn from. One of my favorite parts of the program is the coaching time. Chatting with my coach, brainstorming, sharing ideas and goal setting is so helpful! I am learning so much and find myself not craving any of the sweets or junk I used to reach for. I'm loving eating foods that are less processed and I am feeling great!

My ultimate goal with this program was to improve the pain in my legs from neuropathy and lipedema. I have not reached my goal weight yet, but I’m so happy to report that all of the lipedema pain and neuropathy pain have gone away with my new exercise program and eating Healthy program.

Crystal is always so encouraging and kind, but yet keeps me accountable for the goals I set each session. She has great suggestions for how to accomplish my goals and overcome set backs or failures. By the end of each session, I feel renewed and rejuvenated to keep pressing forward.
