The provider was unfriendly, kind of rude. $150 a month for diet pills which cost less than $20 at the pharmacy is excessive.

I'll be looking for another provider. I do not recommend.

Henry meds are upfront with the weight loss treatment. The Doctors answered any questions I had or my concerns. Very helpful going forward. I have no concerns with my plan. I am confident under their care. I would like to thank them all for the opportunity!!

Week 16 and have gained 11 pounds. Still feel hungry and have no side effects. Not sure I am getting actual medication from pharmacy or just saline. Submited 2 request for help have gotten no response. The medical person I video chatted with was rude and uncaring. I signed up and paid for a full year and now I am stuck.

My Nurse Practitioner Jake was super easy to talk to and answered all my questions in great depth.

The Customer Service online is easy to get to and use. I found true support and caring about my weight loss journey. I truly feel I am not alone in this adventure and I will be successful.
I enjoyed talking with V. Osorno NP. she cares; made sure I understood the medication.

Do not use this rip off service! you will be charged $149 dollars even if you do not receive your meds! What a horrible service and buyer beware! Shit show!

Elizebeth Davis PA was super friendly and easy to talk to! She answered all my questions and was very informative. Great experience all around 5 stars!

Dr. Jasmine Henderson was very knowledgeable and pleasant, she listened to every question and answered in a manner that I understood everything!
Customer service was also very helpful (I kept getting automated emails about finishing my intake form when they were done)

As a previous customer, the current customer service protocol is horrible. You can’t reach a person who can answer questions only leave messages. They promise the message will be answered by a phone call and I never received on. Also my practitioner was terrible compared to all others I’ve used.

I was very pleased with the services very professional and prompt I will be a repeat customer

Henry Meds is a reasonable provider.

They take the time to actually understand your health care needs and will give reasonable input.

The telemedicine appointment was very convenient and it was awesome that I was able to schedule very early in the morning prior to work. The nurse practitioner was very nice and was able to explain the medication and all side effects. He also gave me a plan for exercise and diet. I would recommend 100%

The PA was amazing—we ended up changing our initial plan, and it turned out to be a much better fit for my needs.

The only reason I can’t give a higher rating is due to the pricing transparency. It showed a $0 cost to start the “new” subscription plan, but after confirming, my card was charged nearly $600. That price wasn’t clearly presented beforehand, and had I seen it, I may have explored other options. I feel a bit stuck now.

After meeting with the provider it was agreed that I would continue on my 37.5 dosage. I was charged for 145$ for to 30 tabs but received 15. I have attempted to contact them both by phone and email daily for 8 days and not received response. I am now 7 days away from running out of the med i was charged for. This is fraud and theft.

The Health care providers are making sure you are getting tge right care and are interested in your progress and if they can help you in any way

Why Henrys Meds? When I was obese and did not have the support of my doctor to use a GLP-1 despite my diagnosis of pre diabetes, a family history of diabetes, and high fasting blood sugar. Being menopausal I just started gaining weight, despite diet (KETO) and exercise. If diet and exercise was the solution to my weight issue I shouldn't have had a problem, yet there I was. I contacted Henrys Med to figure out if I was a candidate and since insurance wasn't covering the program if I could afford to be on the program.
I have regular visits with my practitioner on Zoom, I can contact Henrys anytime I have questions or am having concerns (like having surgery) while using the medication. The providers are very thorough and you know what your suppose to be doing while using the medication, like exercising, drinking plenty of water and knowledge about how the medication works...how to give yourself shots, etc.
My journey continues and I have lost 40 lbs and am no longer obese, my fasting blood sugar is 93 and my A1C is 5.0. I worried about a yoyo effect of gaining back the weight, however, that hasn't happened. I continue on a maintenance dose and I feel great.

I have been using Henry Meds since 2024. I find the process prompt and efficient.
