Sorry for the late reviews....Sobrang nag enjoy po kme sa party ng anak q dahil bukod sa masasarap na pagkain ay sobrang babait pa po ng mga staff nila na sina kuya Erlan kuya Tristan ate Shermaine most specially ang host ng party na si kuya Ferdie...Mula umpisa hanggang sa matapos wala po kame naging problema❤Super enjoy po tlga ang anak q🥰

Just had our drive thru at Jollibee Shell Putatan SLT PLAZA,,, ILANG BESES NMIN NIREMIND YUNG SPECIAL ORDER NA PART NG CHICKEN.. ANG SABI LEG AND WING AVAILABLE NA PART,, LEG ANG INORDER PERO KAHIT ISANG ORDER WALANG TAMA... PURO BREAST PART PA LAMAN ANG LILIIT PA,USELESS ANG SPECIAL ORFER... NKAKAINIS LNG.. POOR SERVICE,,

It's sad that this happened today, I totally paid for my 4 orders, but when we checked it was late, one order was missing and it was for my child,we didn't go back because we were far away and the Mall was about to close. Please always double check the receipt and order if it's complete or not so you can early rectify.

I was disppointed with their poor service and filled out a survey. After a few days, one lady called me and offered two pieces of chicken for free as long as I told the staff my name and phone number and also there is no expiry date. After a few months, I went there and was told by Rigor that it was too long and also they have no record. This is even worse after my long trip to the restaurant. I wish there is a choice of no star. To tell you the truth, Church's chicken is even more delicious.

I Ordered The 6 Pieces Of Chicken Which Was Dark Meat Only & Jolly Spaghetti Family Pak The Chicken Was Very Bland & Tasteless The Spaghetti Had Hot Dogs Cut Up In It & Taste Horrible I Do NOT Recommend Jollibee Restaurant.

The chicken sandwich at first, was a 5 star for me. It’s a new menu, so everytime we eat at jollibee at different branches, we always order it. But now, the quality is not maintained. The chicken is not crispy like it is advertised. The chicken joy, spicy and original, is also not crispy. The palabok is now bland unlike before. The breakfast sandwich is small, you can eat it in 3 bites.

jollibee is so great, the food is so yummy.

Our Sunday habit (after church) is to eat at Jollibee. Our all-time favorites are the famous chicken Joy, yum burger and burger steak. It is a joy to see that my kids are also enjoying our go-to fast food restaurant and the taste didn't change. It is also growing bigger as it is being introduced across the globe. Truly, in Jollibee "bida ang saya" :)

My Jollibee chicken joy bring so much joy to my childhood and up until today. The chicken joy is always the best and the great costumer service is awesome. definitely introduce Jollibee to my son and now he likes it too.

I ate at Jollibee taytay bayan branch.. di naman sadya na bloody pa yung chicken but sana may nag assist o nag approach manlang saken for that case kaso wala walang lumapit manlang.. i work at food industry din but also i say sorry in behalf of our team para sa mga ganitong cases ... And also if long lines man kayo sana may nag ra-run o nag assemble sa tabi ni cashier para mas mapabilis ang transaction at punch lang ng punch si cashier ...

Tang inang jollibee yan nasa mall pa naka pwesto. Jollibee sm city ilo ilo. Walang tubig n ma iinom.

Jollibee in Al Ghurair has the almost perfect chicken joy, but I hope they start providing more gravy sauce free of charge up to 1 to 2 pcs.

We went to Jollibee Macleod trail branch. Drive thru order date 03-12-23 7:17pm order #348. When we order bucket treat C, while waiting for our order my husband husband knock and ask them to order pineapple juice, lady said pull over your car in front and order inside, it’s so cold -20 then I order my pineapple inside the counter which is they still preparing my food order the bucket treat C. I’m not very convenient because we go from drive thru then make us order our pineapple juice inside the counter. I was complaining with the Filipino guy manager. Poor customer service . Lazy they want the customer to get inside to pay the order inside just for pineapple juice. The owner of this Jollibee should do evaluations of his staff. I’m server before I just know what to do in my past job. Too bad

This place was disgusting the tables were dirty & the floors, I had to ask someone to clean it and I had my kids with me. Our 1st time and the food was disgusting! The chicken had no flavor the meat looked beat up. The spaghetti was not good and we waited over 20 minutes for our food! The worst place I have ever eaten in my life! The fries looked like they were stale and refried and the chicken tasted this way also! They don't give you any utensils or plates to eat. Most horrible place ever. I don't understand what All the fuss was about! I wasted $50 on all this food today!

One of the best fast food restaurant! Staff are very courteous and serves everyone with a smile 😊 Food is served fast and warm and it taste so good!

Absolutely the most awful food you can get in the Philippines. Totally inedible!

Absolutely awful. Had a delivery of chicken. Fries and gravy. The chicken was tasteless the chips were cold baring in mind I am less than half a mile away so not the delivery persons fault. The gravy was like water and cold. I would not recommend anyone to waste their money on this place

Great tasty food and speedy service with Tasha's customer service really adding to the experience! Would come again.
