Needs to be shut down

Visited cardiff jollibee today with friends and was so disgusted, the service was appalling, the tables were disgusting no where to sit that was clean, no serviettes, the food tasted stale and warmed up in the microwave slightly as it was cold, we had 35 chips in our loaded chips that were also cold the gravy had no date on it and tasted not normal and was cold. I went to the toilets to clean up after food and that was an other level. I've seen a pigs pit cleaner and smelling better the soap was even water. This place needs to be shut down spent £58 for leftover food.

Visited Jollibee Leicester Square on the 18/02/26 , first time visiting and will be my last !! From ordering to waiting for food and was told there order system was not updating so made no difference when you ordered as it was pot luck when you got your food ! I stood there packed in like a sardine for over 30 minutes and was looking at my order on a tray for 20 minutes , one minute it had 2 medium fries sat on there next minute they had flown off onto someone else’s order !! If the chicken still had legs I am sure it would have made a run for the exit . When I did get my food it was cold due to being left waiting for it’s disappearing sides of fries , I thought I was seeing a magic show in the west end of now you see them now you don’t ! Just don’t bother with Jolliebee as this bee is not very Jollie

Went to Jollibee Leicester Square…

Went to Jollibee Leicester Square today, and I was so disappointed with the service I received, my order was incomplete, so I had to go back to the counter twice. The waiting time for food was not acceptable and toilets were disgusting.

Took more than three hours to deliver…

Took more than three hours to deliver my order eventually just eat cancel my order, this is in Jollibee Newcastle branch and my birthday was ruined!!! I didn't even get any compensation and the staff were so rude to me when I tried calling and asking what happened to my order said to me ask just eat!!!

I JUST SAID YES TO EVERYTHING

In jollibee in Nottingham on 26/11//25 I placed a simple order , there should have need no problem with it , but the memer of staff kept asking me questions anout it , that would have been okay , but I could not understand a word she was saying , so I just said yes to everything , I got the food and eat it , but it was too much like hard work to make my self understood , I will not go in again .

To the Management of Jolibee,

I just want to bring to your attention the lack of security in the Jolibee Earl's Court branch. There were already a couple of occassions that theft happened that targeted customers. There was an attemp to steal my moble phone while it is placed on the table while my wife was eating. It was fortunate that someone eating on the table beside us saw what that the theif was trying to do and he stood up and collared the theif and kicked him out of the Jolibee premises. The second occurence that I witnessed is another person in front of me. She sudenly became hysterical and I found out that here bag was stollen. She was cryng and shouting for several minutes and there was not even one Jolibee manager or crew who attended and checked what was happening. Both of these incidents happened on a Sunday lunchtime to early afternoon when Jolibee is full of people mostly families with children who came from church.
Can Jolibee management have some 'care' and 'sense of responsibility' to the safety of their customers. Jolibee needs to put some security guards even only during those peak times. Because there are a lot of thieves that frequent those areas and these theives are especially attracted to places full of people who are busy and waiting for their food. I also want to point out that the slow food preparation contributes to this safety concern. People have been waiting for more than 40 minutes for their order to arrive. When a lot of people are packed in the waiting area and standing while waiting on the dining area this attracts thieves.

3 times I have been Jollibee earls ct…

3 times I have been Jollibee earls ct London and everytime I

have been kept waiting at least 30 minutes for my food. It’s very slow it’s difficult even to order on the machine inside. Even if you offer to pay cash you still have to order from the machine. Won’t be going there anytime soon.

Degraded Jolibee

Visited the Jolibee in Cardiff twice in space of 6 months, the first time food was really good, the bucket had a mixture of pieces (breasts and legs) and the chips were very tasty. The 2nd time was very disappointing, the bucket contained only breats pieces and the chips were awful. No more Jolibee for us.

Their restaurant number is not recognised

Apparently they dont even let you in the place if you're under 19. I don't know what is going on but it looks like tyey are just desperate to go bankrupt. I called to ask them why and the phone number is not recognised. How unprofessional can a business get.

If I could award a zero

If I could award a zero, this review would be big and fat.
I placed my order about three minutes after my son.
I received mine before his and even finished eating and he hasn't had it.
I spoke with the manager to be reimbursed some money.
When he eventually had his meal, the Pepsi Max was flat as a pancake.
I'm an currently still in the restaurant and they're just going about their business as if there is no problem.
Absolute diabolical service.
Suffice to say, I will not be returning. And I do not recommend this establishment at all!

Masakra. Gorszego jedzenia nie jadłem. Burger bardzo mały względem ceny. Chicken strips małe kawałki i bardzo suche (odgrzewane kilka razy) ,loaded fries with chicken bardzo mała porcja ( frytki odgrzewane). Najgorsze to czekanie na zamówienie mimo 2 osób w całej restauracji ( minimum 30min). Nie polecam że względu braku smaku. Wziąłem dodatkowo ostre strips z ostrym sosem...sorry ani ostre ani dobre,ani świeże. Nie polecam..

I know ubereats makes mistakes and I've experienced it multiple times that after they ruined your day or dinner by not getting right or order or not getting order at all, they will just refund you.

But this time i feel sooo frustrated and completely annoyed.

I was craving for the peach mango pie, burgers steak of jollibee and jolly hotdog so much for 3 weeks now. I'm currently pregnant and dont usually get cravings, i was so excited and ordered using uber as I just have 30mns break time.
I had a female driving shown on the app but the driver that arrived was a male which i didn't realise anymore because of hunger. he didn't ask for a code and handed me the food which was jollibee paper bag. So i was didnt think it was a wrong order. The name was also written Bernahdette, thought letter H was just accidentally typed.
As i opened my food , it was 8 chicken with gravy.
When i rang the driver and told him that my food was swapped, he said " im home, just eat the food." I asked him where is my order, he said " i dont know" then he said " someone will come and deliver your order" . I asked how will i find out its mine? Is there a tracking?.
He said "no" then hang up.
I've waited outside and tried to be hopeful there's food coming. Nothing came and didnt have mu lunch and just left so angry.
I emailed the ubereats, and the respond i received was just a refund.
I thought it wasn't just because of the money, it was the trust and time I've wasted.
To add on that. I cant have my jollibee not until next week as there's no branch near where i live.

Thinking about this.
The fault of the driver is telling me to wait, and there's really nothing.

And Jollibee Leicester Square gave the wrong order to the driver. And i feel bad to who ordered the thigh and legs specifically requested that didnt get what they want too.

Absolute scammers I placed a order via ubereats within 2 minutes realised the address was incorrect didnt have the option to change address contact support only option was to cancel I pressed yes and it still charged me full amount saying the restaurant accepted the order but it wasnt cooked as i cancelled within like 3 mins but still i got charged full amount without any food being delivered tried contacting support no response no phone line absolute scammers I need my refund no way of contacting jollibee they won't answer my phone call

I feel sorry for some customers who left unsatisfactory feedback :(
I visited Jollibee Leicester City about 4x. ( I live In Northampton, so its quite far just to go for a burger!) But distance doesn't matter if you are missing something that connects you to your childhood days!
Anyway, always happy with my order especially Spicy Chicken Burger and Peach and Mango Pie! :)
For me its 5 star, so far.
