I am in the process of selling a property they built. I needed quite alot of information regarding various guarantees etc which related to the flat.
They have been so helpful and quick in their response in providing information to me. So Lovely to deal with via telephone and emails. A special shout out to Liz and Jonny who have been so thorough in and amongst their other workload. A big Thank you. Very impressed.

Excellent remedial work undertaken by Ben and Martin from Customer Care and they tidied up beautifully afterwards.

Carol was very friendly, informative and good with detail and specification. She took time with us and listened to what we said. Excellent.

Dan has been very considerate with working in the house with our newborn, he has gone above and beyond with his work and done so in a professional manner.

A warm welcome given by Jones homes with flowers and champagne. The home had been cleaned and hoovered ready for my furniture. Little touches including hand soap and towels on the downstairs bathroom, just showed how the small touches made it a stress free day. Thank you Junes homes

We moved into our beautiful new home 4 weeks ago. There have been a few snagging points as to be expected with a new build property, but everything has either been dealt with or is in hand. Carl the site manager at the Bolsover site has been brilliant and very professional in every way. Nothing is too much trouble for him to make sure we are happy with everything. We would highly recommend Jones Homes to anyone looking to purchase a quality new build home.

Thank you to everyone on the Sunfield estate in Wilmslow for making moving into our new home such a positive experience. Everyone we have come into contact with, from builders we have passed on the road to contractors coming into the house, have been so polite. There is building works to the front and back of our house but we have never been affected by this, thanks to the professionalism of everyone on site. Everyone who has come to the house to resolve any snags has come on time and have been very respectful of a sleeping baby too! Absolutely fantastic customer care from both the Sales advisor (Janette A.) and the site manager Billy L. (Site manager). Janette was very helpful and patient with us by walking us through all the extras and choices for selecting materials for our new home. She was great at communicating the progress of the build with us and any additional information Jones Homes required as part of the buying process. Billy has been great at addressing any additional issues with the house after moving in (of which they were all minor and very quickly fixed). All in all very positive experience.
