I've looked into the correspondence you've had with our team, and they've done what they can to assist you. However, as a regulated financial institution, we've got specific legal obligations. When a business is dissolved with Companies House, and it no longer exists as a legal entity, we're legally obligated to return the remaining funds to the Treasury Solicitor under Bona Vacantia - this is out of our team's hands.

I’m sorry to hear of your frustration Ian 😞
To provide some context on our processes, when we're notified that someone is no longer a director of a business, we need to suspend access to the account.
We then begin the process of organising a refund to the new director. We outline that refunds can take up to 30 days, but we do aim to complete them much sooner, if we can, within the same calendar week.
I can see our team have done all they can before the funds can be processed. If you need any further support please reach out in app.
