Legislation is not the answer to all evil. All of it requires people to be reasonable. Deciding what that is, in the absence of settlement, is still the job of a Judge in equity. Clearly you should go nowhere near court without a great lawyer.
In 40 years as a CEO/Professional I havent encountered anyone quite like Will. He holds down great responsibilities with a cheery smile. Will was highly recommended by the boss of Fisher German.
