I have bought a number of pieces of jewellery from Joulberry over the years and always loved their style and service so it was the first place we wanted to look for my engagement/wedding ring. After a number of visits, lots of trying on and helpful, friendly service from Sandra, Terese and Megan, I chose a stunning diamond ring. I also wanted some diamond earrings but couldn't find what I wanted so Joulberry made a pair in white gold which they only had in rose gold in stock. They are beautiful. The whole experience was was lovely and all the staff are so patient and interested. It will always be my first port of call for jewellery and I love it being so local.

Very helpful accommodating lovely ladies from Joulberry made 2 different pendants for me , one a gift and one for me . Kept me up to speed every step of the way with how things were progressing and the finished results in both cases were gorgeous . Thoroughly nice people and very pretty and original jewellery pieces here . Highly recommended !

Although we live relatively close this was our first visit. My partner and I were out looking for a suitable present for my Sister's milestone Birthday. I had no idea what to get her, but the assistant was very attentive and helped us make a choice by means of some incisive questions. She helped us decide on a Petite Sphere Necklace which my sister adored. Very unique jewellery and a very personal service. Very pleased.

I have been a customer of Joulberry since they opened. Prices have increased by quite a margin which I accept BUT just before Christmas the “up sold me” after saying what I wanted was available but when I went in only larger pearls were now available although on checking the website the ones I originally ordered were still available. To me this is unacceptable. Trust is broken and I am not sure I will return.

Created a bespoke ring with a nightmare sized stone that had lots of sentimental value. The piece is beautiful and the service and experience was great. Cannot recommend Therese enough and she was perfect throughout the process.

What a cool boutique jewellery shop that I was recommended by a friend. I needed a present for my wife and and I got the best service and a beautiful necklace.
