A very well organised company with a prompt and courteous reply and service I will be buying again

I ordered a bed from from La Redoute which happened to be supplied by Julian Bowen. The item arrived damaged and was poor quality anyway. I requested a return and because JB had sent it direct, they needed to arrange the collection.They refused to do so without seeing pictures, Took a whole week to decide they would deign arrange a collection.When they did the slot provided meant I had to wait another week for the collection.And even though the tracking shows the return is complete, I am still waiting for my money back. I am told La Redoute need confirmation from JB before they can proceed. It's now been over a month since I requested this return. I am utterly disgusted by the lack of service.

I contacted Julian Bowen after one of the wheels on my daughter's desk broke. They got back to me in less than a day to confirm the spare that I needed, and dispatched it within a week of me first contacting them.
Helen was always prompt responding to emails, and sorted out issue quickly.

From initial order to delivery and after sales care, every single member of the team that I have had dealings with have been super helpful, extremely professional and incredibly friendly. They’ve gone above and beyond for me and I am so grateful. The furniture is great quality and I am thrilled with it, but it is the people who have made all the difference. If you email them it doesn’t just go into a black hole, they will be in touch really quickly and only too happy to help. Particular mention to Victoria and Georgia who have been especially supportive recently. I really appreciate everything you have helped me with; you are a credit to the company. Thank you.

Horrible customer service from Chloe. She was rude and unprofessional on handling a general quiry.

We ordered some Julian Bowen furniture using A****n.co.uk and tried to cancel our order the next working day but we were unable to cancel it due to the intentional/unintentional wall of silence between A****n and Julian Bowen's warehouse down south. It was a WEEK before delivery was expected for some items and a MONTH before delivery of the other item, yet BOTH parts of our order could not/cannot be cancelled, no matter how we tried/try using the online system or the call centres at A****n and Julian Bowen. This unwanted furniture is now due to be delivered all the way to the northwest of the Scottish Highlands, where the poor drivers will have to negotiate the worst potholed roads in the dark, only to be politely told that we could not cancel the order and request that they not offload any of it and return it to Julian Bowen down south. Buyer beware!

I recently furnished 2 apartments in London, and the delivery and install service from Julian Bowen was outstanding, special mention to Ralph & Richard. An efficient and helpful service, nothing was too much bother - delivered to a high standard, on time with a smile. I would highly reccommend. Thank you Ralph & Richard!

Service issue with head end of a bed frame. Email sent and within 48 hours it had been acknowledged and a replacement is being sent which I should get within 48 hours. Great service all round from Helen and her team

Outstanding customer service from Leanne Martin. I ordered a Julian Bowen dining table from Wilko and it arrived damaged. After 10 days of trying multiple communication channels with Wilko, I raised a PayPal dispute. Anway, long story short as this is a review about Julian Bowen, not Wilko. After 5 weeks of trying to arrange collection of the damaged table, disputes with PayPal and zero communication from Wilko and contacted Julian Bowen direct. I received a response almost immediately and spoke to a lovely advisor called Leanne Martin. In under 24 hours, my issue was resolved and she arranged with Wilko to process my refund. Although my purchase wasn't direct with Julian Bowen, they stepped in and resolved my issue. Anyone looking to purchase any Julian Bowen items, please purchase direct with them. Their customer service is amazing. Thank you so much Leanne, I really appreciate your help.

From sales, to support and everything inbetween. Julian Bowen is the only company I will be using to supply furniture for my students accommodations and serviced accommodation units. Victoria and Sharney are a credit to the organisation.

I ordered Julian Bowen dining chairs through another retailer, 2 of which had a minor issue. I had to contact Julian Bowen directly as the retailer I had bought from were very absent when dealing with the problem. Lianne and Chloe at Julian Bowen were instantly helpful, and between them resolved my issue in 24 hours. Exemplary service. Despite the problem, the chairs are lovely, and my wife is happy. Sincere thanks to Chloe and Lianne.

Ordered the Amsterdam Oak bed which unfortunately didn't come with the screws. Contacted Customer support who came back quick & have sent the missing kit by DHL.
The bed feels solid and well made and customer service has been excellent.

i recently emailed Julian Bowen regarding a part that i had broken whilst taking down my sons bed as we were moving, he was devastated as he loves buses, and thought that i was going to have to throw his bed away. Julian Bowen were very sympathetic and promptly sent me out the part that i had broken,for a small charge.
My son was overjoyed, and the part came within 3 days. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, thank you very much.

Purchased the Julian Bowen Padstow wardrobes in oak from Amazon. Got both the wardrobes pretty much built when I realised the hinges sent with both wardrobes were not going to fit. I contacted Julian Bowen customer services and dealt with a lovely lady called Leanne Martin. She was very very helpful and understanding to my issue and has now arranged for me to receive the correct hinges so I can get my wardrobes built. Thank you so much!!
