Second time of using Julian Bland - no problems. Daz arrived on time to carry out boiler service. Very efficient, very polite, easy to talk to and knowledgeable about his job.

The service itself is always thorough, and I feel confident in their work every time. That’s exactly why I choose to have my boiler serviced with them year after year. Highly recommended!

Absolute perfection! Boiler stopped working on Sunday evening, sent a message and had an engineer visiting on Monday morning, quoted that afternoon and fitted on Wednesday!

Seamless service, text messages giving live links to the van and engineer on its way, arrived at exactly the time they said.

Team were really friendly and engaging, clean and tidy installation.

From the on line booking system, through the boiler service, to the final payment of the bill everything was simple, efficient and effective. The engineer (Alex) arrived on time, was helpful, friendly and courteous especially when I needed to be on a conference call, he kept the noise down. Not only did Alex do an excellent job of the boiler service and system flush he also fixed a small leak in a radiator valve. In conclusion I could not be more happy with the efficiency and professionalism of JB and highly recommend them. Their service all you could hope for when needing a plumber

I had a major upgrade to my underfloor heating. A lot of technical work. It was all completed in an excellent and professional manner. Alex was extremely competent and took pride in his work. The heating is now much improved. An excellent firm to deal with. Highly recommended.

Danny attended on time to give the quotation with no pressure. The engineers were punctual and courteous and carried out the installation of the new Worcester Gas boiler and non associated plumbing works with attention to detail. Excellent customer service and work. Very tidy and considerate. Julian Bland Ltd installed our boiler, at a previous property, and never disappoint in the quality of work and customer service. Will use again.

Julian Bland are a breath of Fresh Air. Easy to book your service in online (with diary reminders), they came on time, and our engineer (Alex Smith) was a friendly and efficient guy, who got the job done and checked our hot water cylinder for us also. Bravo!

Always turn up when they should and first class at getting the job done asap.

5 star service when our boiler broke down in the cold snap - they must have been rushed off their feet yet still came out to us within the day and mended the boiler giving us great advice for our future maintenance
