Booked in a repair on Saturday 9th May. I was advised an engineer would be on Site within 48 Hours. Phone JLA on Tuesday 12th May to get confirmation the engineer would be arriving on the Tuesday and this was confirmed. Received a phone call from JLA on Tuesday afternoon that the engineer would not now be arriving until Thursday 14th because there were travel issues. A crap excuse. My belief is the dispatcher has not booked my repair visit in when the call was placed on the Saturday.
Overall, a crap service

Felt that I was actually listened to and the needs of the residents here at this address were taken into account. this is a high dependance residence with autism and learning disabilities so adhering to a structured routine is paramount.
