Reminders sent when duct cleaning is due. Very quick response service when faults are reported. Engineer resolved fault with drier not heating up. Friendly, personable staff.

I called with a breakdown and was asked to do a test and Bethany would call me back in 10 minutes, but this did not happen. I had to call back almost 1 hour later. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with JLA.
Communication has been consistently poor, and the tone used by staff has been unnecessarily blunt and, at times, quite rude. Instead of resolving issues internally, I have repeatedly been asked to provide information that should already be accessible within their own systems. There seems to be a clear lack of coordination between departments, which results in customers being passed around and having to repeat the same information multiple times. This creates unnecessary stress and delays, especially when trying to resolve something as straightforward as agreed pricing.
What is most concerning is the approach taken when there is a disagreement, rather than working collaboratively to resolve the issue, the response feels dismissive and unhelpful.
I would strongly recommend improvements in customer service, internal communication, and professionalism when dealing with clients.

They are continuing on charging for an Ice machine I don’t have this has happened for the last three months they have informed me that they may not be able to issue a refund.

The helpdesk personal was helpful and attentive to my needs of our laundry machine was not in good operative condition and I required an engineer. An was engineer was appointed to me from 8am to 5pm. To my surprise the engineer was on site within couple of hours. May be my luck but the point was the speed of the duty of care the JLA staff did. Many Thanks.

I had JLA Engineer out today and I couldn't be more impressed. Not only did they deliver excellent work, but they also went above and beyond by fixing additional problems that had cropped up recently. After a few ups and downs with previous issues, it's a relief to have everything sorted so efficiently. Highly recommended for their professionalism and dedication.

If you are a business do not use this company, so unhelpful and will sell you everything to get you to sign a contract then leave you high and fry when you need them the most, don't bother. Avoid with all costs my experience has been dreadful.
