Reminders sent when duct cleaning is due. Very quick response service when faults are reported. Engineer resolved fault with drier not heating up. Friendly, personable staff.

The call to report my issue was about a dryer malfunction

The call to report my issue was answered promptly. The advisor, Richard was courteous, professional and helpful. He advised that an engineer will attend within 24 hours to resolve the reported issue.

Helpful and friendly

The phone was answered promptly, friendly and helpful.
Helpful staff member informed me of the online portal to register jobs/problems too which I was unaware of. This will make life easy for me.
She didn't rush the phone call and asked if there was anything else she could help with which was a nice curtesy. Happy with service provided.

Access control

Mark Hudson from JLA has attended Rowan Park Care home in Radstock on several occasions and has always worked in a very polite and professional manner he always resolve the problems that we have and leaves us very happy with the work that he completes I would highly recommend him because of his standard of work to anybody that needs their services

They have multiple contracts on their…

They have multiple contracts on their system for our company and it should be a 24hr turnaround but they state 48. Quite often they also cancel their call out jobs for various reasons. This has also been brought up with them

Great service for fire extinguishers

Everything was organised in advance, and what made the service great was that Steve and Josh were able to complete the service without much interruption to the site team, they required escorting in some building but they planned this in to their schedule and let us know when it was needed. They gave updates at the end of each day and at the end of the job.

Bethany was extremely professional whilst maintaining a friendly service. Everything was checked thoroughly and a repair job arranged swiftly.
