A massive thank you…
I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the team at Julius Bahn who have made the build experience from start to finish seamless. We have been very impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail and feel very reassured by the service received. Everyone who has worked on site has been friendly, polite and left the site in a clean and tidy fashion at each stage of the works. The orangery looks fabulous and we will enjoy it for many years to come. We would not hesitate to recommend Julius Bahn to anyone who is considering have an oak framed addition to their house.

Extreme disappointment.
Extreme disappointment.
Glossy brochure and wording but reality couldn't be more of a contrast.
Endless visits over more than two years to rectify water leaks and drafts. Still experiencing problems and decided to use other contractors to address ongoing issues. Julius Bahn never refused to respond and would have continued to do so but sometimes you need to draw a line and move on.

Dear Mr Foster,
We are really disappointed that you have left us a 1* review after you specifically asked to cut ties with us, we respected your wishes even though we really wanted to have the opportunity to rectify the issue for you, something that does come with working with natural materials and now weeks later you have left us a negative review.
As specialists we have always been happy to attend site to rectify but unfortunately, we were unable to come out as planned on 4th January as we were presented with a Covid issue outside of our control and addressed the issues as per the government guidelines. As soon as it was safe, we were happy to send our aftercare team out to address the issue and have apologised for this delay.
The reason your beautiful project features within our brochure is because you were delighted with it at the time and were very happy for us to come out and photograph your orangery and use it in our marketing.
We are still left confused as to why you would not allow us as specialists to address the issue for you and have arranged for an independent contractor to address this for you instead.
Oak is a natural material and on some occasions you need to allow for settling time, this is why we offer a warranty to cover this and offer peace of mind.

New heart of our home!
Had a beautiful Garden Room built this year by Julius Bahn and it is so stunning!
They were great to deal with, even through lockdown, they kept in touch and supported us until our building was complete. We now spend all of our time in the new room, its a perfect temperature in the blazing heat and crazy storms! It is now the heart of our home and our new kitchen is to die for! All of our friends love it too... we would not hesitate to recommend.
