Total scam! These products are not real leather - and they had a fake person on advertisement who was reportedly "retiring". Unable to receive refund without threats of high cost for shipment and no return label. Delay in emails until almost over 30 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My son bought me a bag for Christmas... Because I feel for the "retirement story" too. It's a scam, not leather, no physical address, no phone number, no way to make contact. Trying to dispute the charge through the bank, since it's obviously fraudulent advertising. I feel horrible that my son bought this piece of garbage and is out $60. I won't quit until he gets a refund. 👎👎👎

I was also scammed by this company - said I could return in 30 days. Just received bag and not leather at all - inside zippers are cheap and flimsy. I tried to log onto website - no longer available. Saw ad on FB really wish these social platforms would screen out scammers like this. I even hesitated to buy at first and then was offered a discount days later so - like a fool - I bought the bag! I have never bought anything from FB ad before but they conned me into believing the crafter was retiring! Will see if I can get credit card company to decline payment. Will never buy from any advertisers on FB again. Lesson learned!

Asked for this bag for Christmas. I feel bad for the person that purchased this for me and the money they spent. It is horrible. If I could give it negative stars I would. It is small, I would never even be able to fit my wallet in it. And for artisan craftsmanship and leather, bull. It's plastic and very cheaply made. What a let down

I purchased 3 handbags. Within a couple of days, a charge appeared on my checking account for a tutoring purchase at Astro Forge which is a tutoring company for students seeking tutoring for English as well as college entrance exams. The bags finally arrived. They were plastic and had tags from XIDIBAOLUO attached to the handles. Do Not Purchase From Junie Boutique!

I ordered 3 purses over a month ago..Never received them,. Nor did I get refund.
I’m sick and tired of such a run around. Well I’ve been scammed before.
Instead of her helping tracking the purses she making me do it.. I was told she didn’t put my whole address .
Plus the tracking numbers are incorrect!

This company is a total scam like the previous review says these products are from China. They are not made from leather and they don’t tell you they’re from China and when you go to return them they offer you 20% of what you paid so you don’t have to ship them back to China, even though it was shipped from California. I tried to dispute it with my bank and there was not enough information for them so I ended up having to pay all but 20% of what I ordered.DO NOT order from this SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!

This company is a total fraud. Ordered a purse, received it and it is totally unlike the picture. It is a lot smaller and cheaply made.

This is not a store they advertized, but a pure scam. The items are not leather, but cheap plastic. Once I found out, I have tried to cancel my order withn 20 minutes, but they refused.

Terrible junk product - was offered 15% discount and keep the junk. They said I would have to pay for return shipping and tariffs to receive money back

what a scam this is....machine stitching and the side zipper is broken. The "leather" isn't and it is not what i ordered with the white top stitching...terrible. their representative, sophie, just keeps saying to return it and pay the 50-60% shipping charge!
Then i find out this company is in China, when it is preported to be somewhere in europe! HA! What a joke, i am trying to get my money back and good luck...let's hope the credit card company also finds out this place is a total scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I odered a purse for my girlfriend for Christmas, thinking it was real leather like advertised,boy was i in for a surprise it was fake leather, and it is very small. They need to put this company out of business.

I shopped last December, until now nothing has been resolved! They canceled my order and I paid through Klarna but this fake boutique declined my request of getting my money back. They sent me an email saying it was a mistake on their end when they sent out codes to buy one and get another purse for free.

I have sent emails just about everyday now that purse hasn’t arrived. When, I try to go to her Website there isn’t no Website, it takes me to a letter from her thanking everyone. I was charged day one and it’s been 16 days and the tracking shows it’s been shipped out of Bloomington, I L, for over a week. After, reading all the reviews it’s just bizarre but every time I send an email asking about my purse. I receive a letter, thanking me and that it’s on its way. So now I know I’m not gonna receive it..

I just received my so called leather purse for $59.99. Fell for there story of years of quality leather hand bags. I received a look-a-like plastic purse not worth even $15.00. I am going to try to get a refund. I didn’t think I needed to look for reviews. Now I know if I buy anything on line to look for reviews. June is a farse. Doesn’t the government go after lying businesses??
