Simon always measures with great accuracy and gives helpful advice on materials to ensure that the final product is of an excellent standard. Installation is always expertly done for a great result that is often admired by our visitors.

Best house purchase we’ve ever made. Fabulous quality shutters and the installation of these in our period Victorian house especially bay window couldn’t be more perfect. Georgina and team provided wonderful customer service throughout - even 3 years on after one of our children damaged a louvre they were so attentive and provided a free service to fix. Wonderful people and so happy we chose this company.

Really great service from start to finish. Efficient quoting service and great value product. Good communication and fitter was courteous and pleasant. Tried lots of solutions to prevent light entering a bedroom in the summer and this solution is finally genuinely black out so very pleased indeed. No hesitation in recommending.

Thank you Rob and your company for helping my elderly mother. Mum purchased some shutters a few years ago, (not from Just shutters) the shutters wasn't closing properly, mum phoned Just Shutters to see if they could help, Rob was very patient and helpful with mum and said he could sort it for her and he did just that at a minimal charge. I would have no hesitation in using this company, can't thank them enough.

We ordered shutters for our front bay windows and are very pleased with the end result. From the start Simon was incredibly helpful. The shutters arrived when expected and the fitting was prompt. There were grave problems from the get-go the minute our shutters were installed - whilst the point of sale/fitting representative of the company is a lovely & clearly skilled person, he is working with a substandard product sourced from outside of the UK.
There are numerous problems that are ‘so-say’ meant to be fixed & whilst not expecting full blackout, the amount of light bleeding through is unacceptable.
I say this based on bespoke shutters from a different company in a previous home, which were infinitely superior to the flimsy poor quality ones from this company. We’re not happy & feel ripped off given the amount they cost.

The team at Just Shutters Dorset were first class from start to finish. From Lucy to Sarah to Kate to Marcin and then I end up with shutters that have totally transformed our property. Thankyou team and I get lifetime warranty.

What can I say, what a wonderful experience, the team were on time, courteous, extremely clean and tidy and the shutters look absolutely amazing can't recommend highly enough, would give 10 stars if I could.

Our initial introduction to Just Shutters was just before we went into lockdown, all kept highly professional as was required at the time. We are still so very happy with our blinds that were fitted on 4 windows. Recently one of the single blind sets wouldn't close fully. A quick email and a passing by visit fixed the problem. Wonderful product, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
