Crap service.
Ordered a sofa bed in February it was delivered in April when taking some of the packaging off I could see that it was damaged. I phoned them as the delivery drivers had gone, they said someone would call me back in 24 hours. No one called.
I phoned the next day to be told that nothing was logged yesterday about the damage, the suppliers would contact with me in 14 days to then arrange a collection date.
I am a disabled person and this sofa bed is blocking a large space in my house, I am unable to stay in my own home with this large item blocking the hallway.
They were unable to give me a date that this would be collected.

I ordered an item and it seems to have got lost during delivery. I had to chase the order twice with the company as I didn't receive any updates. Two weeks later and I still have not had my delivery. I've contacted customer services twice and asked for a refund. They won't issue a refund yet as someone needs to contact me first. Its all been very time consuming. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered blue jeans and received black tights so was not impressed. I had been a customer for a few years now and this never happened before. Shall have to re order which is annoying. However the invoice enclosed was correct so I sent them back and got a refund for jeans but no explanation or apology.

My trousers I ordered was lovely and the material was really looked first class but I had to get them taken up as they were too big. I’m only small otherwise I couldn’t have asked for better trousers thank you Esther Caldwell cream and some chocolate chocolate chips three scoops in a glass of milk with the chocolate chips on top.

The curtains arrived quickly and were the perfect colour match .. Thank you

I managed to grab a bargain by using my 50% off voucher and got 10 T shorts for £5 each.

I ordered two pouffes for our lounge to replace the two old ones which were looking tired and worn out. The new ones are really good quality, lovely fabric and made in the UK. Beautiful blouse and the package stated size 18. Unfortunately the blouse was only a size 8.
