Keanewindows Avis

We Met With Ned and Jonathan in the Showroom on Fonthill industrial estate. Jonathan Arranged a Suitable Date to Carry Out a Survey, He was very Polite, Reassuring and Really Knew his Job in Making Sure He Had the Measurements and Colours We Were Ordering, Karl in the Office was also Very Nice to deal with.
The New Windows and Front Door Were Installed By Tom and Barry and We Have to Say Their Work Rate Was Excellent and Very Professional, Never Stopped From the Moment They Arrived and Bang on Time Too, The Difference in The House Is Great as Well With Not Having The Heating on As Often and Rooms Holding in The Heat, The Security Aspect is Another Plus With the Locking System on The Door and Windows, Giving You Great Piece of Mind, We Were Missing the Knob From the Door and The Following Day a Gentleman By The Name of Roger Arrived to Install it And Adding That Extra Touch to The Door, He Also Gave Us Some Very Sound Advice on The Upkeep of The Door, Also Any Other Issues if Any to Contact Them As Soon as Possible, Overall We Are Really Delighted And Very Very Happy With Everything And Receiving Lots of Compliments on The Work And of Course The Door We Chose Looks Beautiful, So Well Done to Everyone at Keanes And We Would Highly Recommend Them For Their Attention to Detail, Advice And Job, So Well Done,
Carol & Tony

Called in to the company, on my way home, after getting an excellent review from a colleague. I got an instant quote which proved to be accurate and really competitive. Ordered them, and they were just installed today! I'm in heaven! They are great looking and my house is sooooo much warmer. Lovely lads to deal with too!

Our door would not open due to whatever reason on a Friday evening. We rang Keane windows & within minutes Jonathan organised Rodger to call to us.He fixed it in jig time.!What professionalism & efficiency! A big thank you for your speedy service.O' Riordan family

From initial contact to follow up with minor issue two years on, I could not recommend Keane Windows highly enough. They are a pleasure to deal with and you will not be disappointed should you decide to choose them for your new windows/door.

Again Rodger has helped me out of a pickle. What a true gentleman. Absolutely above and beyond his duties. Thanks again Rodger

Great experience with Keane windows. Installed new door on time and with minimum fuss. I'll be back to them for new windows next year.

Just had repair man Roger here to fix locking mechanism on our 25 year old sliding door!! Fixed in a flash and no money taken because I have covid and Roger reckoned I had enough problems. Thanks Roger and Keane Windows.

Got Keane windows, fonthill a number of years ago to replace all windows and doors in my home. Unfortunately from the start we had nothing but problems ie measurement taken incorrectly by boss for front window, safety bolts(screws) not take out of all windows. Had to get someone out a few days later as I couldn’t open a window. Found that the safety screws for transporting was not taken out. And the last thing, getting building done and found today only one screw holding in our back door, with loads of expanding form holding it. Never again, wouldn’t recommend them ever and I’ll never use them again.

I had all my doors and windows changed about 5 years ago by Keane windows, I was more than satisfied with the whole experience, recently I had an issue with my front door locking system, I called Keane windows and the first thing the following morning Rodger arrived who carried out the repairs perfectly. now that is what I call first-class service, and customer care.
