Really happy with our new home from Kendrick Homes in Brockworth. The development is lovely and we’re pleased with the overall quality of the house. A special thanks to Nicola from Sales and Stan, the handyman on site, for all their help. We’re very happy to be settling into our new home.

My wife and I recently bought our first home with Kendrick Homes in Brockworth, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Buying your first home is such an important and exciting milestone, and we are incredibly grateful to Nicola, Stan and Tom for making the whole process so positive and stress-free.

From the very beginning, they have been friendly, professional, approachable and always willing to help.

Whenever we had a question or needed something sorting out, they responded quickly and genuinely did everything they could to help us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

We are really happy with the quality of our new home and absolutely love the location. Most importantly, the support we received from the team made a real difference during such an important time for our family.

I had an issue with my house 9 years after it was built, contacted NHBC and Kendrick didn't hesitate on coming out to investigate themselves and put right. Neil Bennett was especially extremely forthcoming, honest and patient with me throughout the entire process. Being honest myself, I am not the easiest customer to deal with however Neil was brilliant throughout and always on the end of the phone when needed. So much so I have even recently considered relocating to Upton Upon Severn where they are currently building new homes. Compared to other new builds in my area by other builders, you can tell they are built to a high level

I have asked Kendrick homes to remove a review that I made way too early after buying my home. Am now having to resort to writing here. The site foreman did not finish my new home to a very good standard. Left many issues that needed to be rectified. I had to remediate issues that should not have occurred. I was a cash buyer but my house build was rushed & left with many snagging issues. I have contacted Neil bennet at Kendrick tonight, again, to remove my review on their website. Last requested in September. Just really angry. Please remove it as soon as possible.

We moved into our new Kendrick home at Crickley Fields Brockworth in June this year. We have been very happy with the house and the on-site personnel have all been very helpful getting the jobs done around the house. All in all it has been an enjoyable experience.

We had a problem under warranty. We dealt with Neil Bennet who couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process thank you.

The whole of the Kendrick Home team from sale to site management personnel have been truly very helpful and accommodating. All personnel we have dealt with have been very professional, helpful and courteous. I recommend anyone interested in buying a new build home, look for Kendrick Homes!

We’ve been working as a contractor with Kendrick Homes for a few years and they use Clixifix for Customer Care defects which is a brilliant system. You can upload comments, pictures and files, and book in appointments that you’ve made with customers yourself - it’s much faster and more efficient than sending loads of emails. Response times are cut down considerably, especially if we need information from Kendrick Homes, meaning we can all look after our customers in a timely manner and close defects as quickly as possible.

I moved into my new Kendrick Home at Cygnets Rest on 2nd June 26. Firstly, I have nothing but praise for the sales team, in particular Encarna who is amazing and an asset to Kendrick Homes.

The onsite team led by Site Managers Mike and Megan go above and beyond to ensure Customer satisfaction. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Kendrick Homes to potential buyers. These are stunningly luxurious and beautiful homes. Any snags identified are taken seriously and dealt with giving consideration as would be expected to any urgent matters being prioritised for immediate action. With access to an online system to report defects the entire process is simplified with the facility to track progress and have ongoing communication.

Although there is still ongoing work at Cygnets Rest, onsite workers are extremely considerate and helpful. From my experience, I have had offers of very welcome support, without overstepping privacy.

Overall experience extremely positive and would highly recommend.

A company of excuses. Having owned one it has been a huge costly mistake.
This company doesn't want to take responsibility for anything. If purchasing, which i would strongly not recommend, I would have a professional snagging company do a snagging report. Kendrick Homes will not let you inspect the property before you exchange contracts, and are handed the keys, because they have no confidence in their product, and they don't want you to pull out, which is wish we did. Customer Services can't get you off the telephone quick enough because they don't want to listen to your complaints. Build quality, even by new build standards is sub standard.
Kitchen sink leaked because they use cheap European parts i was advised by the plumber, so they dont fit well.
I will list just a few of the issues.
1/ Decorating - nothing professional about it. Obviously done as quickly as possible. Paint splatters over all of the light fittings, smoke alarms, and light switches. The cleaners were supposed to clean it off, but it never happened.
We paid for upgraded carpets and underlay, only to find there workman had walked all over it with their dirty boots leaving stains. No respect for the customers/owners of the property they had just bought. Electrical wiring for the property was done wrong. Rear garden very lumpy and not made level. I wonder what is under there! Wish I could include photos so potential customers could see the poor quality of the decorating and woodwork etc etc.
They might look o.k on the outside, but its what you can't see, and the inside that are the issues, which are many.
I own a new build from a another new build company. Its had a few snags,but no where as serious as a Kendrick house. Deeply regret having anything to do with Kendrick Homes.

This has been the easiest house purchase ever. The process has been seemless from start to finish. Marco was amazing in guiding me through the process and did all the heavy lifting and chasing, he truly is a superstar. The house is fabulous, the quality finishings and the care and attention to detail is second to none. Everyone on site from the site manager to the builders are so pleasant and very welcoming and still going above and beyond to ensure I am happy with everything. This is the first time I have bought a new build and I cannot recommend Kendrick Homes highly enough for their quality and excellent customer service.

My Wife and I have bought our first home together with Kendrick and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience, and we love our new home.

Whilst there were delays with the build, Nicola was extremely communicative and friendly throughout the process. Once we were on site Nicola and Luke the Site Manager let us know that anything we needed we just needed to reach out which made the whole transition much smoother and less stressful.

I also have to give a special call out to Stan, one of the team on the site, who has helped me on multiple occasions - amongst other things he set us up with temporary wifi which meant I could work from home without interruption, helped me move heavy furniture and has always been a phonecall away.

It is people like this that really have made the difference.

This has been our first home, and the first time through the entire process. We know sometimes little issues can get missed, resolutions can be slow and it can put the mood down. I'm counting my lucky stars that Nicola and Luke are in charge where we brought our home!

Nicola from the start has been an incredible Estate Agent, moving heaven and earth to do everything to make our timetable and to make it work for us. With the experience to talk you through any step, and the taste to tell you a cheap idea would look terrible, Nicola has guided us through the whole process.

Then comes the aftercare. The part I was dreading because I'm never one to complain. Despite my issues seeming small and pointless, the Site Manager Luke has done the best job we can ask for. He's one text or call away, and will finish what he's doing to come help you. He's down to earth, reliable and friendly. No issue is too small, and no fix is too big. Complimentary doesn't go far enough to describe the help and thought he's put in.

Despite the old reviews, I can guarantee from my experience that the process was worth it and the Team deserve their pay!

Buying our first new build home with Kendrick Homes has been an incredibly positive experience. As we currently live overseas, we purchased the property as a buy-to-let, with the hope of making it our forever home one day. Naturally, managing the process from thousands of miles away and across different time zones felt daunting at first but the entire journey was made smooth and stress free.

A special thank you goes to Lucie Langford, who guided us through every step with clarity and patience. She was always available, responsive, and reassuring when delays occurred within our chain. Her support made a real difference and gave us confidence throughout.

We’d also like to thank Neil Bennet, who oversaw the handover of the property and has kindly offered continued support as our tenants settle in. This level of aftercare is outstanding and has been truly appreciated.

So far, we haven’t identified any snags, but based on our experience to date, we feel confident that any issues would be handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, Kendrick Homes has delivered excellent service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We are now four months post‑completion, and like many others, we chose to wait before posting our review.

As is typical with new builds, we encountered a number of snags and issues. This isn’t our first new‑build purchase, but what truly set this experience apart was the way certain members of the Kendrick Homes site team supported us throughout the process.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have been assisted by the following team members, who deserve individual recognition from Kendrick’s senior management:

Stan – We genuinely don’t know what we would have done without Stan’s unwavering support from start to finish. His customer service is nothing short of outstanding, and his dedication to ensuring our satisfaction shines through in everything he does. Stan’s genuine care and kindness set him apart, and over the course of our journey, we’ve come to consider him a friend. Kendrick Homes are incredibly fortunate to have someone of his calibre representing them.

Meg – Meg took full ownership of every snag, often stepping in to handle tasks that would typically fall to others, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her attention to detail and positive approach made a huge difference. She is an absolute gem, and genuinely deserves recognition for the standard she delivers. The new Kendrick site she has recently moved to is extremely lucky to have her.

Jak – Once Jak joined the team, we saw an immediate and noticeable improvement. Knowledgeable, transparent, and proactive, he resolved issues before they escalated. His communication was excellent, and he even replied to emails outside working hours on more than one occasion—including on late Sunday evenings—which we greatly appreciated.

These three team members transformed what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and positive experience, and we are truly grateful for their efforts.

In terms of build quality, we believe Kendrick delivers a superior finish compared to other developers, with impressive attention to detail throughout the home. The high‑quality appliances further enhance the premium feel.

Overall, despite the initial snags that naturally come with a new build, our experience with Kendrick Homes has been overwhelmingly positive thanks to the outstanding support of the above team. We are delighted with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kendrick Homes to others looking for a high‑quality property backed by exceptional customer service.

If you are considering buying a house built by Kendrick Homes I would recommend that you are very careful and selective about the reviews you take cognisance of. The Kendrick Homes Sales team do ask purchasers to do a trust pilot review as soon as they have moved in, however I would suggest that the more realistic reviews are those posted by people who have lived in their home for a period of time and have dealt with the reality of Kendrick Homes customer service.

When I needed to consult the Home User Guide provided by Kendrick Homes with our property it became apparent that there was information missing and a significant proportion of the information included was wrong so unless you wanted to understand how to operate your kitchen appliances in 27 different languages the guide was of little use.

I raised my concerns over the content and quality of the document with Kendrick Homes and received a response from the Company Secretary, ‘The user instruction manuals/guidebooks provided are a gesture of goodwill from Kendrick Homes to assist our customers to settle into their new property. We rely on the information supplied by the contractors and that is what is supplied to you as the end customer.’

So while the Home User Guide (which I consider to be a very important document) is branded as being produced by Kendrick Homes to provide their customers with instructions how to safely use and maintain the property they have sold you they clearly take no ownership of the document - it’s all down to their sub-contractors!

Kendrick Homes clearly feel that they have no responsibility to check the accuracy of the information they have provided. (It does make you wonder how closely the sub-contractors works are monitored and inspected to ensure they are of the specified quality while your property is being built?)

With the ‘nothing to do with us’ view coming from a member of the Kendrick Homes Senior Leadership team you can form your own view over the after sales service you are likely to receive.

This is an easy and inexpensive fix. If Kendrick Homes are providing this document they need to take ownership of it and appoint somebody within the organisation to be accountable for ensuring the content is comprehensive and correct.
