It's less than one star I paid for the bronze owner transfer paid 35 pounds and got nothing when you're trying to contact them you'd pay for calling, forget about any email contact I think it's just a big scum.

I have tried contaction them numerous times as i need to change over the owner ship on my dog as its had pups n need to send off for papers

Would give no stars if I could. Waited for transfer of ownership for more than one month. Can’t get hold of them, rang numerous times, left emails and voice message even message on their page when I can actually get on it. Still nothing back. Not even sure what I can do now. Iv used over £18 ringing them in a day trying to get threw as you get charged to ring them. I also have another pup that was kc registered and those papers came within days. If you want someone trustworthy go with kennel club. I had no choice with this one. This is theft and the police must hold the thief accountable

Applied for change of ownership from this company and sent payment in Dec 2023 now May 2024 and still heard nothing. Try to use the telephone number from google and it says no longer available!

I paid £35 each for change of ownership papers for two of my French bulldogs. I received both papers with the incorrect information. I contacted them by email requesting the registration papers to be corrected and I received a reply from Sam who asked me for the correct details to send out a new copies of the papers. I never received those papers and have been contacting them about it for over a year. I’ve sent over 100 emails and left them over 50 voicemails to call me back. I haven’t received any response or call back. My two dogs had a litter of 7 puppies who I stupidly registered with Kennel Registration for £57 and I did not receive the documents. Again tried calling and emailing and yet again, no response!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

I registered with these and had a night mare went with THE PEDIGREE CLUB well happy

If I could put 0 stars I would. Been waiting for my change of ownership papers for 3 years (February 2021)! I've phoned and emailed countless times only to be lied to constantly, saying they will send them. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Been waiting for my change of ownership papers to come since October 2023 paid the £35 and still no papers have been sent, phoned them every other week for them to say sorry we will send them right away as we speak and you'll get them in two days this has been since 6th October so tried to phone them again and can’t get hold of them! Absolute SCAM!!!

Sam wastes your time, doesn’t return calls, emails or answers their message posts submitted online. They charge a premium rate to call them. Three months of waiting for a certificate and still no idea what’s going on. They’re an absolute disgrace. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Sam did our litters papers and she was extremely helpful from start to finish, she explained the whole process and had the certificates out to me the very next working day as promised! Highly recommend and will be using them in the future

Shocking service, having paid for dog change of ownership registration to include certificate and dog breed guide book, still after many weeks chasing with emails and telephone calls we are still waiting for the breed guide book

I’m beyond annoyed I ordered my papers in July didn’t receive them until 2-3 months after then I did and they got the name wrong because they wasn’t bothered to read the new name I put as I was transferring ownership. I called and emailed and they said they would change it this was 2 months ago now then I’ve called this morning and they’ve gone and barred my phone number then I went to look for them on trading standard there not even an actual business anymore because they’ve probably been shut down absolute scum

Ordered transfer of ownership papers no email confirmation can’t get in touch on phone don’t answer emails PayPal claim going through they are not an organisation just a scam company trying to look like kennel club if your buying a puppy that’s registered with them it means absolutely nothing any breeder can put what they want on the papers there are no checks at all

Fake. Did not receive paperwork after paying £37.50. They don't reply to emails and phone number is unobtainable

Registered my full litter of 6 JRTs with Sam at Kennel reg and the process was very easy and and Sam was super helpful.
