United Service Dog Avis 16

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with United Service Dog. I purchased an ESA collar for $183, a premium price that should guarantee a durable product. Unfortunately, the item I received was defective and fragile right out of the box.
​To make matters worse, their customer support is virtually non-existent. The phone number provided is invalid, and email communication has been slow and unhelpful. I have requested a full refund due to the defective merchandise but have yet to see a resolution. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service dog equipment.

I registered my dog and received a quick email with PDF copies of the service dog certificate and ID. I ordered a collar and vest and received them about a week after placing the order. Not bad at all!!!

Do not trust this company. They will provide a doctors note, but it is not an actual doctor if you try to contact them. They also give you add ons that they say you need, but you don't- they clearly just want your money. Their service dog ID number is a made-up number, and they also charge you for a service and then do not provide the service..

They succccccccc! I paid a lot of money for my two puppies to get Registered etc…
I never received my “hard copies” of their “Service Dog Certificates”. I was supposed to get two “ID Service Dog Cards” for my wallet with their pic’s on them however, I only received ONE!

I had to PULL TEETH to get the “Hard Copies of their “Therapist Letter’s” after I received them via email only I was so upset because I didn’t freaking pay for an email I paid for the HARD COPIES however, I finally rec’d the letter’s (only) but that about it nothing more! I paid over $300.00 for no one to respond and nothing I paid for Pathetic! They said they sent it twice, nothing! I have another dog I want to Register however, it won’t be with them unless they fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor quality product, no return policy or return label for exchange. The service dog vest I ordered didn't look like the picture from the website. Not even a little. Terrible experience trying to return or exchange.

No order acknowledgement, no phone number, just a cookie cutter response about covid and being understaffed. I signed up for the 3 payment deal through PayPal, looked like it went through but I just learned now PayPal declined it. Have to see why but it's probably due to all the complaints, however I'm grateful that I didn't lose anything.

Don’t give them your email address!!!! I now get about 50 junk emails a day! Big mistake! I wasted $150. Hind sight is 20/20.

I had a discrepancy with them. I made the mistake and they refunded my money quickly. Would do business with again A +++

FRAUD! Paid for their expedited service and received nothing. They only provide email for customer support and the phone listed in the transaction and provided to the bank is not a working number. They were happy to back up their fraud when I filed a dispute after numerous unanswered emails. I am out $109.

I know u don’t have to register your service dog by law but it’s nice to have that hard copy. United service dog was very efficient fast or got my stuff in less then to weeks very reasonable. I recommend them.

Scam! I paid money and it's a fake certificate. I never even got the therapist letter. They do not answer or respond.

I paid them 223 dollars and they don’t answer any of my messages. Scam do not buy from them!!!

it would appear that USD is a phony site, i orered what i thought were some items to be delivered, but have not seen any email confirmation....and after a repeat attempt to see why i did not receive an email confirmation, i still have not received one...

Literally just a fake certificate. Dont trust it.

SCAM!!!!! don’t use there service they claim to be legit there not!!! Beware I sent my info online they took my money never heard from them again!! I wrote to them almost everyday for a month! Nothing one email from them claiming it was the Covid-19. listen Any company who takes advantage of elderly disabled people who are living in SS. Limited income and say for and extra 3.99 will have it out to you in 3 to 5 days and don’t and still don’t reimburse you is a scam!! I haven’t heard nothing from this company in 4 weeks from July 15th to this day in Aug. still waiting-took me for over 140 dollars. It may not sound a lot but do the math if 10,000 people a month pay even 100.00 dollars a month? And that’s not even the packages they sale! Ball park figure ok. There packages can go as high as 200 To 300 or more. There raking in at least 100,000 a month if not 200,000 a month! Tell me why isn’t the government watch dogs not investigating these White collar crimes ? Because like everything else not enough victims!! No like there claiming it’s the Covid -19 but like everything else they will get it in the end!! Please don’t deal with this company if you like gambling send me the money I’ll get right back to you!! You will be waiting too!!
