placed the order on 14th Jan, the next day I received an email saying it was out of stock. they would order the floor boards immediately and the delivery will take one week. one week later I was told due to storm, the delivery was delayed by another week but should be due tomorrow. I phoned today to confirm the delivery, I was told that Ken's Yard will receive the stock tomorrow and I will receive my order by mid-or later next week.
I agreed with my fitter to start this week.

Absolutely invalid excuses, irresponsible and staff attitude was really appalling. One staff said to me that if I am not happy I can cancel the order.

I could not have asked for more excellent service, and more helpful advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I was so grateful. Thank you

Kens yard was not quite the cheapest out there, but what made them stand out was the fantastic customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.When the T bar did not match the rest of the floor I had ordered, they went out of their way to find a replacement that matched (involving trawling through many items in the warehouse), and took the time to call and let me know what was happening. The floor was easy to install, and looks fantastic. It has transformed my living room, I am delighted with the product (Kahrs Oak Straw). Thanks to everyone in the office who made this such an easy and positive experience.

Luke was really helpful with my order, arrived when he said and in perfect condition. Driver was super helpful unloading and really nice guy. I purchased 21 SQ MTR of the Khars Unico distressed flooring and its by far the best i have ever seen the quality and detail is amazing. Also got at a fantastic price with free delivery and underlay. Absolute breeze to install and cut had it down in a day with day 2 for finishing touches. I also got the Khars installation pack and care pack both excellent. Thanks Luke Delivered and installed in time for Xmas.

Was searching for the perfect floor for my living room - Luke was extremely helpful in making my decision and got me the floor within two days - a few hundred pounds cheaper than competitors - one of the packs came broken due to a fork lift - Luke replaced and sent out a new pack immediately - great customer service and delighted with the floor and would definitely recommend

We have fitted Kahrs flooring throughout our house and with a new extension our first choice was Kahrs. Ordered flooring in 2021, arrived promptly and on the date expected. However, the floor was manufactured in 2010! The wood is dry and splits easily, we have had to scrap a lot of boards as the edges have split whilst fitting. Also the filler in the filled cracks has fallen out in places. Fortunately we ordered enough for wastage but I wouldn’t order from here again, disappointing. If I had the time and expense to replace this floor I would.

Ordered a Kahrs Installation kit. It was in stock when ordered but then went out of stock. Got an email straight away and said they have more stock coming in if i was willing to wait. I was happy to wait and had delivery this week. Thank you for keeping me updated. All we ask is honestly Well Done Kensyard

Great service on 2 occasions recently, so no fluke first time. Very responsive to questions. Excellent range of product and very competitive. Would recommend and will use again for sure.

Bit slow to respond at first, apparently due to system problems but once contact was sorted all first rate

Rang three weeks ago for two samples of Kahrs engineered wood flooring, wanted to buy 40 square metres an £70 per square metre, so planning to spend a fair bit with them, spoke with a man who sounded utterly disinterested whilst taking my details for posting, put the phone down and thought ‘that’s not gonna get sent’ I was right, now spent £2700 with another flooring company, Kens Yard clearly doesn’t need the money or customers, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else
