Very good service from Ken's yard but somewhat disappointed with product…
Very pleased with service from Ken's yard - very prompt, helpful and competitive pricing. Flooring looks very good laid but frustrated by constant cracking noise and slightly hollow sound of the Kahrs flooring when walked on. Probably due to way it was laid but will need to come up and be re-laid... Not what we planned!

Very helpful-highly recommend
Very helpful in locating the wood and trim that I needed for my flooring project, including getting some of it in from Sweden when needed. When my builders needed extra and I was standing in an airport in Greece, Luke made it all happen over the phone; and for that I am very grateful.

Really considerate help from Ken’s…
Really considerate help from Ken’s yard. A good product at a fair price. The only thing that let the transaction down was the repeatedly delayed delivery by the courier. Even then Ken’s Yard did all they could to expedite the delivery. On balance I would use Ken’s Yard again and recommend them to any of my friends.

Excellent customer service from Luke . There was lead delivery time on my first choice but Luke offered alternatives as I needed the flooring quickly to complete an extension . I chose a very similar [ I actually prefer it now ] alternative from the same manufacturer. Delivered as promised - promptly and on the date I wanted . No fuss really helpful and professional service
