Kérastase Avis 

I placed an order and then started reading reviews after my order and was quite alarmed thinking am I going to get this or is this a scam! However, my experience is nothing like anyone else’s clearly so I had to put it out there as reading past reviews freaked me out a little.

I ordered with them on Thursday night (after 10pm) received emails of confirmation, and then Friday it said it dispatched.

Monday received another email to tell me where my order was and my Tuesday afternoon my order arrived.

Very fast delivery considering it was the new year period, very happy with the service

Bought kerastase ultim elixir .Left hair slightly greasy. No shine. Hasn't smoothed. Just a nice smell. Disappointed. Wasn't cheap.

I've ordered Chronologiste gift set during Black Friday event. Never showed up. No email with explanation or apology. Called customer service and got an answer saying "We run out of stock. Sometimes it happens when many customers are buying at the same time". Lying without any hesitation. They were showing stock online at all times till now. So be cautious if you're planning to chose Kerastase products as a gift to someone. If they decide discount is too generous for your chosen product you may stay with empty hands and extra headache.

I'm a very ANGRY and DISAPPOINTED brand-new customer and I've had a very NEGATIVE experience with this product and company. I treated myself (for my birthday) to an Anti-Frizz Conditioner and an Anti-Frizz Hair Oil and I paid £71 for the two products. I was expecting my free sample (as advertised) in the delivery box - but it was missing. After several telephone calls and emails with both Kerastase and L'Oréal (I found out through this agonizingly frustrating process that Kerastase have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT to deal with "REGULAR CUSTOMERS" COMPLAINTS about online orders - they're only equipped to deal with staff from professional salons apparently) I was told by email that I didn't CHOOSE my free sample before the payment process online. Under TRADING STANDARDS UK laws this DEFINITELY QUALIFIES AS FALSE ADVERTISING (I checked). Unsurprisingly, both products have performed VERY POORLY and did no better than my usual JOHN FRIEDA FRIZZ EASE range. I was expecting far superior results after use for the price I paid - but conclude that Kerastase products are an ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. Take it from me - don't waste your time or your hard-earned money. Stick to your HIGH STREET BRANDS. They're far better for your hair and purse...

The most appalling customer service! I paid a lot of money (even if it had worked) for a refillable bottle. The plunger did not work, so I asked for a replacement lid/plunger. For a large company who charge a great deal for their products, one would think that replacing a bit of plastic would not present a problem! Oh no, far from it. Apparently it can’t be done. The third email suggested ringing customer service, which I did today: three times. No one picks up. I left a message, so we will see what happens next.…

I would have given zero but the option wasn't there. Left my hair feeling lank,and looking horrendous.contacted L'Oréal ,but heard nothing back I requested my £110 money back .

Amazing shampoo I now only use this brand. Only a little needed (pea size) for mid length hair so lasts ages and foams well. I ordered and it arrived the next day. Also love that they now do refill packs! You don't need to buy the metal container just take the very top off the plastic bottle and top up. Will 100% buy again so happy they are being eco friendly.

So i ordered shampoo conditioner and heat protector from this site.
1st wash I thought my hair doesn’t feel right - I had a k18 put on my hair.. I know that wasn’t the problem.
2nd wash again with a k18 from hairdresser still felt very dry and is snapping. (For those who don’t know K18 is the best repair product along with Opaplex on the market - as long as it’s bought from a reputable hairdresser).
There no returns slip with those products to returns. There’s no invoice email either. So I can’t send these items back!!
I can assure you there will NOT be a 3rd wash. Wasted money on fake items that have damaged my hair!!!
My advice is don’t buy Kerastase products unless it’s from a reputable hairdressers. And most definitely do not buy from this site unless you want to waste your money along with your hsir.

Disgusted!!!

These hair products really are the only thing that tame my frizz. I use both the orange and pink lines - but would love if the brand would make the different uses and types of product clearer to the consumer as this is quite hard to work out! Still the best shampoos and conditioners I’ve ever used.
