Received my skull shaver in mid April. Was really impressed with it from the get go, long lasting battery, close shave, neat piece of kit. Although, a week or so ago the blades seemed to move slightly and no matter what I done to rectify they just weren't right and felt sharp as though almsot cutting into my head. Spoke to Kevin via insta messenger the responses were rapid, detailed and he came to the conclusion that he would send me a small package with a new set of blades to try. I swapped these over and now working perfectly again. Amazing product and amazing customer service.

After a long time of hunt I finally received right product with excellent quality. Very reliable & efficient service given by Kevin highly recommended. Big thanks to Kevin you are great buddy

I was bought the skeleton beard trimmer for Christmas and I can say it is a great product. I have a pretty coarse beard but to date, it never snags or pulls.

Easy to use and has several length guard to get your beard the right length for you.

Also interacted with them, and their customer service was absolutely top. Responsed promptly and resolved my query.

Disgraceful!!! Avoid at all costs

I purchased a product which was not even 6 months old a skull shaver, after minimal use one of the blades broke off!.. after getting in touch and explaining the situation I received a reply saying 'sorry mate can't do nothing this isn't covered it's not within the warranty' which it clearly is and got denied a replacement. Absolutely disgraceful and will definitely NOT be buying anything from this company either I will for sure spread the word about this company and it's shoddy products

Make an order and it’s been a month and still haven’t received it. Then come to find out it all ships out of China. Asked for them to cancel the order and give me a refund and instead of doing that he is arguing about it not being a drop ship company. So long story short Chinese products by a guy in the UK with poor customer service. I recommend using a different brand

Ordered replacement guards, wrong item got sent so I emailed to see about sorting there mistake my email response was "will get this rectified tomorrow" no formal email, no acknowledgement of mistakes and no apology. Poor customer service from a poor brand. Shocking

Brilliant product and service, it is by far the closest trim I have had, and even beyond the sale the seller is still there offering excellent customer service I asked for a guard which isn’t part of the pack I have and over night it was shipped to me just a quick couple of messages. Im a fan of the brand and the service which comes with it.

A top quality product. Better than I expected too; compact, powerful and a decent amount of attachments.

Guard quality is poor. Plastic clipper guards keep firing off every time I use them. Had to tape the Number #1 guard on. Also feels more like a number 2. No mid range to fade it in. Battery lasts a while but feels cheap. Hype job

Only regret i have is not finding out about kevin junior products sooner!

I have tried many other brands including manscape and nothing comes close to the precision and sharpness off the blades they have.

Design is unique and stylish

Blade quality is excellent and I feel confident using it without the gaurds to get an even closer shave.

Battery life is fantastic and is supplied with a type c charger.

Will continue to use kevin junior for all future grooming needs!

DROPSHIPPER! He got his logo / branding slapped on a cheap chinese trimmer. I have NEVER been cut by a trimmer until I used this one. Terrible quality, box doesn't even come with any manuals. Money WASTED. They also don't pay for returns so you have to ship it to some address in the UK at your own expense which would equate to the amount you wasted on the trimmer itself. Save your money and time, buy a WAHL professional trimmer for the same price instead. This dude also clearly paid for the reviews. His replies to the bad comments are hilarious too, terrible grammar. Probably paying someone to do that too.

This guy and his team go above and beyond even with people as daft as me. I've had the Raptor 9 months. Fantastic bit of kit!! I've somehow lost one of my guards so I contacted them about ordering a replacement. Even if it meant having spares of others coz I had to buy a set. Within 24hrs I am getting a direct replacement for my stupidity sent out. We all appreciate good customer service but this genuinely is a rarity for a company to be this helpful, this quickly. Trimmed my beard and it was so smooth I could barely feel it.

I purchased the beard and balls duo in 2025, almost been using them both for a year. They are both cracking products. I purchased the Raptor pro which I don’t think is available anymore and the body shaver. I had an issue with the raptor pro roughly 6 months after using it, it just stopped working. I spoke with customer service team, returned the shaver for inspection and they had a new one in the post not long after at all. It’s by far the best shaver I’ve used, both very sturdy products and give a brilliant shave with no nicks or cuts. Will definitely be buying more products if/when the time comes. Highly recommend.

The products are the best I’ve had. Great quality and look and feel good too. I got the full Monty package which was awesome value. The communication, service and delivery is also top notch. Would recommend to anyone!

I purchased the skull shaver and beard trimmer. Overall i find it very good value for the price, however i do find the skull shaver doesn't contour to my head shape as well as what i was expecting. The beard trimmer,does unfortunately snag hairs on my neck no matter which direction i shave or how tight i stretch my skin. I get snaggs and draw blood every time unfortunately.

Unbelievable products, attention to detail and quality.

I ordered 5 items in total which I hesitated on for a while just because investing in shavers, trimmers etc. is something you don't want to be doing every year, so I looked around. I eventually went with KJ products, and I was blown away by several things. Firstly, the quality of the actual product for the cost is surreal. They feel amazing in hand, and you can tell the quality of them when you see and hold them. Another amazing touch is the packaging; it's clean, feels nice (ifykyk), the inside packaging is nice to unbox and the instructions are custom and clear, no damage to any packaging, which is a rarity these days. Third, the added extras which I didn't expect are the stickers & air freshener. The attention to detail made this a very good purchase.

Also, the emails Kevin sends out to make sure you use the shavers in the correct manor to prevent you from cutting yourself was the icing on the cake.
