Great pro beard detailer, I was a hairdresser so I've always usually used Wahl, but my latest beard trimmer by them was rubbish. Really pleased with this trimmer, did my beard and some body with 30% charge. Great to see the charge %. Only gripe is the power button position - would be better placed on the base I think as it's easy to press accidentally. Nice fragrance too, might have to buy a full size!

Just received my pro hair clippers and I am so disappointed with them, they are the worst clippers I have ever bought and I’ve been using clippers for 35 years. I only use them for a buzz cut every 3 or 4 days and these clippers struggled cutting hair 1 to 2 mm long, would hate to see what they are like with longer hairs, I’ve had to go over my hair ten to fifteen more times than I normally do with my 4 years old clippers, these clippers cost nearly £90 , will never use this company again

Products? Fantastic. Quality, keep your beard trimmed down to barber shop level. Last time I had a haircut, the barber said he had no need to tidy up my beard, I didn't realise I had practiced enough, so products must be easy to use.

Customer service? Fantastic. Always reply within 24 hours and are responsive and respectful.

Purchased the Precision Pro Detailer and after first use am very impressed with it's sharpness, would recommend.

Iooking at the reviews I expecting to be wowed. The pro and precision shavers are average at best and don't provide the sharp detail advertised. Disappointing, my search for barber shop quality shaving tools continues

Just purchased the precise beard trimmer and I’m over the Moon with it. The best one I have bought and I have bought a lot of Similair trimmers.

Purchased a set from Russell’s just under 12 months ago had an issue with the clippers emailed the team and within a few hours they had dispatched me a new set under warranty new ones arrive d today and the quality for cost is unmatched,

After Royal Mail/Amazon Shipping managed to misplace my order. They couldn’t find it in the sorting office. As a last resort I contacted Russell’s Shave Club. I spoke to a marvellous individual- Alex - I explained I was off to Tunisia next Thursday minus my shaver. Not only did he manage to have it delivered the next day, my shaver was upgraded plus another model. I’d like to thank Alex and his boss for a first class service, and I would heartily recommend Russell’s Shave Club. Alex went beyond my expectations and came up trumps bravo Alex !

Bought a trimmer that stopped working after a while, notified the team who replaced it within a few days with a new one, what more can I say - excellent customer care and service.
I like the trimmer, it shaves close, has a decent speed, has sharp blades, is not too bulky like a braun or phillips and fits well in the hand with good grip.
The USB C charging is also great.

I received the complete grooming set as a gift for Christmas after always complaining about dodgy beard trims from the barbers. After a quick YouTube tutorial and a 5-10 minute shave I have the perfect blend and beard I’ve always wanted! The trimmer and shaping razor come with so many different guards and tools. It is very easy to use with a nice weighted feel for ease of movement and razor sharp teeth for a nice clean cut!
The shaping razor gives a really smooth cut against the skin which is a win for anyone with troubles of ingrown follicles and irritated skin.
Same with the cutthroat… nice weight, super sharp and with the guard it glides across the skin perfectly.
Genuinely very impressed with this product and would recommend to anyone who likes a nice tidy beard! 10/10!

Note - one of guard attachments was brittle and snapped like a brandy snap on first attempt to attach (see Google reviews for picture). But, customer service replied within half a day and agreed to send some more out. Also received a sample aftershave with replacements, within 24 hours - appreciated this!

Absolutely love my Russell's Trimmer! Cuts smoothly and evenly, even through dense beard hair. The attachments are easy to change and provide versatile styling options. Very quiet and doesn’t pull on hair. Battery lasts longer than I expected. A solid investment for any man serious about grooming.

Ordered my husband a new shaver and accidentally ordered the wrong one. I messaged in to their tik tok page and they were very quick to respond and very helpful in being able to find out what I was supposed to order (my mistake, not looking properly) made it very easy for me to exchange the product.

Love Russell's Shave Club! I use my trimmers every week to do my beard, and I'm still surprised by the amazing quality. Trimming length is no problem, but the precision pros are what stood out for me. Nearly as good as using a cut-throat razor. Clean shave every time!
