Had to wait about 40 minutes for the guy, 30 seconds later we were in the house, great service although a little expensive.

Very professional and fast service from the first phonecall to the repair. Elderly parents needed an urgent locksmith and they came in an hour. Simple fix and cost only £70. Bargain for peace of mind. Highly recommended.

We called after locking ourselves out of the house and was given a quote for the minimum call out charge, but advised the total depends on the work involved.
Guy arrived within 30 minutes, super friendly, got in the front door with no damage in a matter of seconds.
We were only charged the quoted call out fee and life was back to normal. A perfect experience that turned a very stressful situation right around.

After waiting 35 mins i rang his number he said he had been there at the time of his phone message to me 10.51. He had not .because i was waiting there from 0935.he told me he was on another job and would be a further 40 mins. He was 1.5 hours late.
Upon arrival he said it would be £79 00 , not as quoted £49.00. He then proceeded to obtain access, 2 mins later he was in. He then quoted me 60.00 for new lock , 40 pounds more than original quote. He fitted new lock.it does not operate well on locking.seems to stick on locking.
Overall not a happy experience, making prices up as they go along.

In my moments of crisis, and whilst I was at work, the lady who answered my call was good and understanding. She arranged to send someone out very quickly. Sunday of all days- £70 Inc VAT which was very reasonable. Minutes later, had a phone call to confirm a time for him to carry out the job. Radu who was the locksmith, was on time plus, he was a very decent man who put me at ease immediately. Using a card, he safely got me back into my home. No new locks or added expense! Happy to recommend this company. Great service! 🙂

Quoted £59 over the phone, technician opened the latch with a card, no work needed to be done. Then asked for £70. I didn't have the full amount so they called into their base and told me they won't be leaving my flat until they get their £70. I had to embarrassingly call family and friends to lend me money to pay it. Please avoid, they prey on vulnerable people who are desperate for help then rip them offer

I was charged double the quote 132£ which was 59£ plus vat only for labour. The lock worked for 2 hours and then same issue repeated again.

When called them, said we will charge you again!? And this kind of usual template from customer service and even in a rude way.

Our job was assigned to someone called Ilie who kept me updated regarding his expected time of arrival. When he came he did his utmost to repair the lock. Most of the parts had literally fallen off. When it was clear some pieces were missing, he actually located them scattered on the ground outside the front door. He did his best to reassemble the lock but it was obvious to both of us that the key could not even be inserted so a new cylinder was produced instantly and installed. Then the sliding lever was so stiff, I knew the carers of the elderly customer would not cope. Our locksmith identified the problem: the door was hanging skew on its hinges. We would have to live with the stiff lever :( - but 'No!' The ingenuity and resourcefulness of our locksmith had not been exhausted by any means. 'Give me a minute', he said. In five minutes we had a locking mechanism that was functioning almost as good as new. An extra screw in the right place to create a contact with the internal piston operating the lever had done the trick! A job was done at half the price that it might have cost with a brand new lock (which might still have needed the 'extra' screw). I couldn't be more impressed. If this company has more employees like Ilie, it deserves to be promoted. (I forgot to add that as he left, Ilie noticed the garden gate fastening bolt was hanging loosely from the post and in two minutes he repaired it using his power drill and two of his own screws at no extra cost!) Called them and got a price which I thought was reasonable for an evening call-out so I agreed for them to attend my property, I was told wait time would be 30 minutes. I received a text instantly with the name of the person who was attending and time of arrival which in the end was actually 20 minutes, this was great as it was around 8pm and freezing. The gentleman was pleasant and polite and got us back into the house literally in seconds, Price quoted was the price charged. Highly recommend, Excellent service.

Was quoted £59+VAT on phone for a call out as key was stuck on the inside of my door. Some foreign men arrived in an unbranded vehicle and said it would cost a minimum of £59 (+VAT) and that my door would have to be drilled into at a cost of around £200 plus labour charges. Not what was agreed to on the phone. I mentioned why not instead use the key grabber tool locksmiths have, which goes through the letterbox? Conveniently they said they don't have one that fits through my slim letterbox. They tried to pressure me into picking one of their prices - all which where extortionate. I told them I'd sort it myself, they grumbled and left. They also said they'd be there in 30mins and it took nearly an hour wait for them to arrive, just for me to be disappointed. Fortunately I got back in, but no thanks to them.

Excellent fast and excellent… lock replaced by a very pleasant young guy within the hour …expensive and pretty much rubbish about no call out fee, but service level was 10/10 out come 10/10
