Khan Autos Mot Testing Station Avis 

So regret not watching the review before giving them my car.
My car got signal light flashing and take for repair, they told me that there's engine oil and water leakage, and GBP460 to repair, and then my nightmare just started, the first time I got it back, the light flash again in just one day and find that the under cover tray is missing.
And the second time I got my car back, the light flashing again.
The third time I got my car back, the undertray is not tighten and rubbing the floor and coz the dangerous scene.
The final time I got my car back, I just drove for not more than an hour when I back home, the car not only flash the engine light again, but also white smoke coming out from the head, thus I open the lid, the car is extreme hot with the white smoke going out.
I spend GBP75 to tow the car back and they need GBP140 for deep inspection, and a few days later the bold head owner told me that it need GBP850 for repairing that with parts.
I'm so pissed that I spent some much time and money but turn out my car was even worse, I refused to repair this time and calling a tow car. The guy asked me if they are offering GBP400 to get my car.
I refused the offer and didn't want to deal with this garage anymore, when I saw my car, I found that the car was already covered by plastic wrap, which means they already expected to get my car by GBP400!!!
This is totally a scam and they had the plan to use the dirty tricks to get my car!!

I have been going to the garage for years and all the staff have given amazing service ,respect and professional . I would highly recommend !!

Very unprofessional park about two blocks away so if you have problem walking don't mechanics are filthy overalls walk about with hoodies no seat covers used over charging never return. 👎

Great work carried out on my car and some work I was not charged for. Regular daily updates on the progress of the work being done, would definitely use this garage again.

Went here for an mot today. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Whilst i was waiting i witnessed the owner help someone from the local community with a small job on his car free of charge. The staff are very knowledgeable and not shy with giving advice even if they are not doing that particular job. Highly Recommended.

Really happy with the service provided . Staff made me comfortable and the mechanics done a great job of fixing my car . Definitely recommend.

Liars, thieves, frauds, crooks. I could carry on but I will say avoid these lot at all costs.
They will rip you off, charge you for phantom work and your car will still have its problems that it went in with.

Great garage, friendly staff. Car was taken straight away and a total woman friendly environment for your wife..... which is rare says my wife. She felt at total ease the whole time being there....highly recommended by both of us .... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Really helpful and diligent staff. Provide great detail and options for the work that needed to be carried out. Popular and busy garage but take the time to ensure works done properly and put the customer first. Very friendly and helpful service.

My 'MOT' cost me £885!!

They kept my car for almost 3 weeks, it was driven every other day. They told lie after lie about them working on it stating it was in the garage being worked on when, in fact, my tracker showed it had been parked 2 streets away for 3 days.

The receptionist was a sneering insolent individual who just just shouted over any challenge made about their supposed service. She was THEE most OBNOXIOUS individual I have had to deal with in a long time. Making cheeky comments and talking over me. I gave up trying to find anything out. When I finally got my car back, I found the paint work on my front bumper has been scratched off, but there would be absolutely no point in contacting them as they would just lie, again.

Read all the reviews on Google for further evidence of their pumped up prices.

Had I known this beforehand, I would NEVER have gone to them.

They will no doubt state that this is ANOTHER fake review.

PLEASE, PLEASE BE WARNED THEY ARE NOT, NOT, NOT TO BE TRUSTED TO GIVE AN HONEST EVALUATION.

Got to say the staff at this garage are absolutely fantastic I had booked tyres through a 3rd party that failed to deliver on time the lovely manager was able to source other suitable tyres and price matched what I was to pay overall I'd definitely recommend this garage to others.

I am a regular customer of the Khan's garage and as always have found them to be an honest , friendly and knowledgeable family run garage. The car passed its MOT and the quality of service is first class. All my family use this garage even though it is at the other side of the city , a reflection on the high quality of service.

This is the 2nd time I've used khan autos and it's always been a good experience staff are friendly and helpful and explain everything before any work is carried out, they also offer payment assist to help spread your bill over 4 month's for unexpected repairs I would recommend

Poor customer service, bought a car, I was told the car was all good to go but just after one day I started having problems. The car was taken to mechanic for about two days came back but still having problems. Got another one still not good and I can't even get my money from the previous road tax I paid and no one is helping me to get my money back. Manager has been verbally and physically aggressive towards me for asking for informations regarding the whole car situation honestly go there at your own risk.

Can't comment on their suspiciously cheap MOTs, but their vehicle hire is a rip-off. They can, will and do claim you pranged the vehicle when you return it, then take your full deposit (even when you didn't hit anything and the vehicle is already very scratched and dented).

This company also illegally fly-posts their tawdry adverts all around town. Avoid like the plague.

Don’t go near them, charged me £4000 for reckoned engine done through engines uk, theve had the van one and a half year , absolutely no intention of finishing there bad workmanship , my van cost me £7000 then £4000 to get a recon unit, and yea iv had to sell it as scrap for £400 , what a shower of,,,,,,.s , please don’t go near them they can’t fix motor vehicles.

Managing director and members of staff at this garage have been convicted of rape and assault. As a customer I also found them to be rude and dishonest. They also have negitive reviews removed to create an artificially high rating and every low review is labelled 'Fake Review'.
