Excellent, Always!
This is the third or fourth rug I've purchased from Kilim.com. Not only are they all beautiful rugs, but the customer service is exceptional. Delivery is quick, packaging is secure, the rugs are always clean and ready to unfold, and there is always some sort of personalized message or small gift. This is a great company. Many thanks!

Gorgeous rugs, excellent service!
I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. Can't say enough about this company, I look forward to buying more rugs from Kilim.com and I recommend them to family and friends.

I'm so pleased
I'm so pleased! I found the site easy to navigate, and loved browsing though the inventory, clicking and considering the options for my space.. It was helpful to use the filters and categories you have on your website, colors, dimensions and pattern style...The information on each rug was easy to find and I took my time considering. The one I selected arrived a few days later and it is just as pictured on the site. I'm delighted and will continue to shop here!

Arrived even better looking than online, the crayons helped so much to know what the colours would be! Shipped very quickly and arrived safe. Loved the little lavender sachet wrapped inside, showed so much care for a quality item. Extremely satisfied!

Third rug purchase - quality and service brilliant
The sales folk at kilim are responsive and really helpful. They give clear responses which make it easier to make a decision on a large purchase.
The shipping time was fast and free unlike many of the larger retailers.
This is my third rug purchase from Kilim and initially I went with a different company - big mistake.
I love my newest rug - it’s exactly as described and the quality is fantastic.

Runner rug looked like a drunkerd made it . Rug had a kink such that instead of being straight, it had an offset to one side about a third of the way down the length. The three main center patterns were not symmetrical. photos avaialable upon request.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with the vintage tribal runner rug. We carefully inspect each rug before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. As a nomadic hand-knotted runner, this rug piece has an improvised design. The asymmetry of the rug motifs was also visible in the photographs on our website. In any case, we have an easy return policy and your satisfaction is our top priority. We will follow up with you via email to address your concerns.
