Shipping time & colors were great but there are holes.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that the shipping time and colors met your expectations, though we are sorry for any concern regarding the rug’s appearance.
We would like to kindly note that we did not observe any holes in this piece during our quality checks. If you are referring to the small white spots visible on the rug, these are cotton warp threads or knots from the weaving structure, which can sometimes show on the front after the pile has been trimmed for a softer, more contemporary look. This is part of the rug’s handmade construction rather than damage.
That said, we always take customer concerns seriously and will review this closely with you. We will contact you by email shortly so we can better understand the issue and assist further.

We are so happy with our beautiful handmade rug from Kilim. The site was easy to use and I viewed many many many rugs before picking out the one we now have. Once I made my selection I was contacted by Kilim to let me know that it would be shipped out soon. I really didn’t expect to get it for weeks, but got it within one week in perfect condition. The rug is very high and quality and they even sent instructions on how to keep it in best condition.

Quick shipping, responsive
Very responsive when I emailed to ask about a particular rug.
I ended up purchasing the rug. It came quickly - also there were no issues with tariffs (delivered from Turkey to California). The rug was just as pictured online. It was a good experience all around.

Unusually helpful company
I have had several excellent experiences with other rug companies. Kilim Studio, even so, is far out in front. Very personal assistance with special request. Perfectly accurate photos of the rugs. I admire the way this company is run.
