First of all while I don’t agree with having to pay to go private I have to say I am extremely happy with the treatment my husband has received. His consultant Mr Jamie Campbell is caring and compassionate, he shows genuine interest. He is easy to talk to and makes things easier to understand, for me he goes above and beyond and we feel very lucky to have him as my husband’s consultant. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

All staff very helpful and professional - keen to help which means a great deal.
Dr Eccles was marvellous and took time to explain options with professionalism and empathy. Thank you.

My main issue the day before was try to speak to someone on the phone, your system is awful, I made several calls and over 40 minutes holding then giving up, my appointment with the GP was excellent.

Staff are so kind and supportive. From receptionist through nursing team, Doctors and Surgeon. They were all brilliant. I felt very safe and in good hands. Just love the wee scone and coffee after it. 🥰

Ease of getting an appointment, good directions to Diagnostic and Treatment Centre, very pleasant atmosphere there, excellent consultation.

The staff are always so polite, friendly and helpful. The consultant I attended was very professional.

Reception were not able to make a follow up appointment for me, as advised by Mr Chan,and said someone would telephone me. At 15:45 the next day I telephoned as I had not been contacted - I was on hold for 16 minutes before I got to speak to someone.

Mr Farnan was very professional & courteous in his follow up review.

I am disappointed with the service I received. My appointment was scheduled for 6pm, but I wasn’t seen until 7pm without any explanation for the delay. Moreover, the hospital didn’t offer any drinking water to patients in this warm weather, which is unacceptable for a private hospital.

The staff from Hilary the receptionist to the gentleman who supervised and explained my treadmill to Dr Peace were all so courteous and helpful. I was glad to get to talk with a cardiologist who actually had time for me. Dr Peace explained my results to me and answered questions to give me peace of mind. The clinic is very well kept and has a nice feel to it.

The pleasant and professional manner in which I was treated made my visit an enjoyable one.

Very friendly and well-informed staff, from initial reception right through to discharge; good nursing and medical care.
Sadly, the kitchen must have been a long way from my room because the high quality meals were lukewarm at best.

The Service was excellent from the Reception to the Medical Staff!
The Doctor explained the complete procedure and I was allowed to ask any questions that I had!
These were answered in a very detailed manner and put my mind at rest concerning the forthcoming surgery!

I couldn’t have been more impressed with the care I received. I tend to deal with medical procedures by trying not to think about them at all, which means that, once I arrive, the nerves can suddenly appear!

The nurses who prepared me for the procedure were excellent — professional, reassuring and genuinely kind. They made what could have been an anxious experience feel remarkably straightforward.

Mr McKnight was superb. His professionalism was matched by an excellent sense of humour, and he was remarkably tolerant of mine! That combination of skill, warmth and humanity made a real difference.

My sincere thanks to everyone involved. Excellent care from start to finish, and a credit to the whole team.
