Attended for a angiogram, excellent service waited only a few minutes before I was admitted, from start to finish the staff and care werer excellent. All procedures and findings were explained in fine grain detail.

It was my 6 week follow up appointment after a foot operation. Was taken on time had an X-ray first then straight down to my consultant Mr Michael McMullan who took me through everything in detail and explained everything.

Buyer Beware! My husband and I travelled all day to be in Belfast for my husband's appointment the following day. The appointment was cancelled when we had already forked out on travel and hotel costs. We were promised to be reimbursed, but then we were told that we weren't getting anything. If you have plenty of time and money to waste on attending your appointment, I'd highly recommend this private hospital.

Lovely staff from front desk to nursing team

I was treated very poorly by Dr Eccles, he spoke to me in the most condescending manner saying how lucky I was to get such a quick appointment when it was a cancellation that I was asked if I could attend. My appointment was 1hr 20 mins late with no explanation other than there were others in front of me. Just terrible.

Prompt and friendly attention both for procedure and follow up wound care

I didn’t mind a delay in my appointment as I had only booked the day before and got a cancellation . The voucher for coffee and a traybake for the delay was a lovely surprise !
The detail of the examination I got from the diagnostic staff and Mr Meun himself was impressive and helped him make a diagnosis of my eye condition .
The only suggestion I have is for clearer signage at the front of the building for disability car parking that is close to the entrance . Not needing a wheelchair but having Limited mobility made it difficult to be left off and find my way into the Clinic. I also have sight problems so small signs don’t help . I know you are in the middle of ongoing building works but it would be helpful to keep my suggestions in mind . Thanks

Quick, hassle free and Dr Reddy was precise and clear in diagnosis.

I felt like the consultant was dismissive. Even though I explained the constant pain I was experiencing, I was offered no treatment for that pain during the visit. I was told my condition was hormonal and I felt like I was expected to put up with the pain due to the consultants assumptions
