Placed a order cz if a sale they were having. I bought 8 hoodys. One of them i couldn't get on. It was marked the correct size but like a little boys size. I emailed them, I explained the issue and told them I dont want a refund because that would not make any sense when I bought it to take advantage of the sale. I was told not to worry that all I had to do is sent the mislabeled hoody back and they would exchange it for the same one. Today I get a refund for 4 dollars, mind you the hoody was 14.99 normally almost 3× that, hence why I wanted the hoody. So I pay 14.99 for a hoody. They mislabeled the hoody, I send it back and they give me a 4 dollar refund. Im sure they will send me the rest of the money back because I called and gave them a piece of my mind but the whole issue was that they didnt honor what they said in the email. They said they would semd me another one when they get the one I sent back. They lied to me. Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years. I wont spend another penny with them.

I put a pair of boots in the cart and a discount wheel came up with an up to 40% discount. I spun and hit the 40%. Then had to put in email to get what I spun. But wait, I also had to put in my phone number to really get the discount. Tried to check out and no discount. Got on their chat to find out why and was sent to same canned crap they probably send everyone. These people are dishonest cheats and lliers. Only out for personal information to sell. Dont do business with KING SIZE you will regret it.

I have ordered from them many times and have had favorable review of them until my last order when they tried to charge me for another person's that used to live at my address, so they would not ship my new order without me paying for someone else's prior deficient bill. I will never order from them again!!!!

I have contacted King Size customer service many times, I have emailed them multiples times to ask them to stop
sending catalogs and cards since my husband died 4.5 years ago. Every month I get a catalog or card in the mail reminding me of my loss. King Size has told me they will take my husband off their mailing list and never do. I think it is a cruel thing to do.

They heavily advertise a "free" rewards program that ends up being $16.99 after a month. When I tried to cancel, the only way to do that is to call customer service. The number advertised on their website to call to cancel is not the right one, so they had to give me a different number and couldn't just transfer my call.

Ordered one item that arrived defective - a sweater where the knitting was missing at the based of the quarter zip. Not only did I pay $10+ for shipping, but they wanted a $10 processing fee to return the amount back to my card, effectively reducing my refund by $10. The only way to get the full price of the item refunded was to accept an e-gift card to KingSize. This does not count as a refund. I tried to simply replace the item, but they were out of stock in my size. I hesitated ordering from them in the first place, now I know I will never order from them again.

The horrible company in the world to buy something from they are crooks they will take your money

I’d give them zero stars ~ I placed an order in June and it’s now September and they are charging my account & sending products without communication. I want to cancel the no longer needed items and they said no . Buyers beware

It’s so terrible. Please don’t bother with this site unless you want to deal with cheap clothing, TERRIBLE customer service (I was hung up on by two different associates, lied to by at least four more, and they spent weeks telling me a different thing each time I called about a refund that FedEx lost in shipment.)

They tell you they are helping you, notating the account, and say things like “call back after 9 am eastern” for an account specialists. There is no account specialist. There are no supervisors or managers, they just transfer you to someone else in the call center after leaving you on hold for an obscene amount of time

The prices fluctuate daily, it’s like a scam honestly. I bought 8 velour tracksuits because I needed one size too and one size bottom and they won’t split the sets so I had to get two of four different sizes.

Some of the different prices I paid for the same item over the course of three weeks were approximately $52, $79, $92, $105…ALL FOR THE SAME ITEM. it’s $135 right now.

No matter how much you buy, you pay $30+ for shipping, which they will not refund if your shipment never arrives.

On top of all that, the pants still don’t fit right, but I’m so frustrated and over KingSize that I’ll just take them to a tailor for alterations.

Avoid this company! The customer service alone and their terrible call center is enough to stay away…but the price fluctuating daily, email spam, and overuse of coupons, promos, and rebates to create the illusion of a deal. It’s bad. It’s really bad.

Not cotton, paid for 100 percent cotton. They scare me 😟.

I bought a BLACK pair of tennis shoes beginning of July. I received a blue pair. I called customer service, they apologized and sent me another pair. I returned the blue shoes about 10 days later I received the SAME BLUE SHOES. I called customer service and asked for a FULL refund. The refund of the shoe and the shipping refund. I should not pay for an item I did not request. It's been over 30 days, 5 calls later, and I still have not been refunded my shipping costs.

They are a scam site. Do not order from them. I ordered a jacket and went back to track shipping and they say I never ordered anything even though I have a email and charge on my bank account from them.

This company is horrible., charges outrageous shipping costs, and then charges you again if you’re unhappy with the purchase., be prepared to spend 30 minutes to an hour on hold, waiting to speak with someone that has broken English and difficult to understand. The quality of the shirts I purchased was horrible. Loose threads, crooked seam, and small smaller fit than normal.. then when you get that sale price email that justifies the $15-$20 shipping fee they charge expect the order to be labeled as back ordered after they charge your credit card., will never shop here again.

I would like to say first their clothing is great now the Bad for 2 years I have been trying to get kingsize men credit card and for over a year they seem to be discriminating against disabled People: they keep sending a letter saying they couldn’t read my credit score so I call all 3 credit agencies and they said it means I have no credit history and I know that I haven’t worked in 19 years and now I’m disabled for the last 15 years and on fixed income and government apartments so I have no credit histories!!!!!!!! And them and their bank refuse to approve me their credit card application and I told them they should I can afford to pay the credit card bill monthly but they refused!!!!!!! So this what I’m letting all of their customers know that they discriminate against disabled People!!!!!! If I get more money then I will order online or unless I find another Big and Tall company just like king size but million times better

Hi, I originally ordered clothing that didn’t fit, and I appreciated how easy the exchange process was. Unfortunately, the replacement order never arrived. I was given an estimated delivery date, but that date passed without any delivery or update. Because of the delay, I canceled the order.

Do not do business with this company. A few place to order they don't send you a confirmation number they act like they lose your order. Then they play around with the payment method claiming they haven't received payment from credit card. It's just a not very good company not legit I'm close to canceling my credit card with this transaction because these people just come up with excuses.

My wife purchased a pair of slippers for me in March of 2026, when they were on sale, for Father's Day. They were too small. When I contacted King Size about an exchange, they refused to do so stating that the return timeframe was 60 days. I pointed out that this was an exchange not a return and there wasn't a time limitation posted on exchanges. They didn't care. To top it off, the rep stated that they had a problem with the posted sizing in the first place. I believe that they just want to get rid of them and pass the problem onto the customer. The only reason this company, in my opinion, has a 1 star rating is that you can't give anything lower.

If zero stars were an option, that would be my rating of this company. I am shocked that they are still in business. Buyer beware of the deceptive pricing, unauthorized charges, ridiculous return policies and exhorbitant shipping fees. I will not be ordering from KingSize ever again.

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They double charged for an order and double shipped the items. We tried to cancel the second shipment BEFORE it was even shipped, they said it was not possible and we had to wait until we received the items and to send it back. We did exactly that, they received the shipment and will not refund the 200.00 for the items we shipped back. They can confirm they received the items but after 5 calls to customer service they keep telling us 24 hours. It has been 15 business days and NOTHING. Very disappointing.
