Ordered a mens crewneck shirt and they sent me womens pair of pants. After returning I have waited over a month for the shirt and still don't have. Endless calls to customer service with the response that no manager is available and "my manager will call you back" - they never do. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I've been a customer for several years. The service has gone very bad. My recent order doesn't even show in the website. I tried to email them and the email was rejected. I won't be ordering from them again.

I’m so sad I didn’t do my research before buying from King Size but I’ve ordered things several years ago with no issues. No matter what you order and how on sale it is, you end up paying more than the regular prize in the long run. Something is always back ordered and you end up being charged shipping for each order. Shipping prices aren’t consistent even though they are the exact same items. Prices on backorders are always higher than when first ordered. Refunds are never fully refunded even if you choose the gift card option. Every interaction with them is ridiculous. At this point I want to just throw my $200+ gift cards away and chalk it up as a learning experience.

King Size Direct used to be our go-to for big and tall clothing, but since merging with other retailers, their prices have increased, and customer service has declined.

In December, I ordered shirts for my son, but they overcharged me, so I returned the items and canceled a backordered piece. I followed their return instructions, dropped off the package at UPS, and assumed everything was settled.

Three months later, they charged me $100 for the backordered item, and I discovered my $150 return was never credited. After weeks of emails, customer service keeps making promises but won’t fix it. Now they demand a tracking number I no longer have, and to top it off, I have to wait for the backordered item to arrive just so I can return it again.

Sizes are much larger and not only do they not refund shipping, but they charge you an extra $10.99 to send the product back. Total ripoff

To clarify, the size was not close to DXL, Dillards or other big and Tall stores. I ordered 2xlt linen pants and they were almost 2 sizes bigger and longer. Horrible experience. Never using them again. Complete rip off.

I went online to purchase a shirt. They sent it to an address that is not in my shipping addresses, though I once lived there. They insist I made the mistake, but I can tell I didn't since nothing is correctly capitalized. They refuse to admit they made any sort of error and claim it's all my fault.

I really wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from them. It appears that I've had the same issues as everybody else. Their products are overpriced. They don't hold together well and I tried to get $47 that they owe me, but they came app with excuse after excuse why they couldn't give it to me decided to go elsewhere.

The package I paid for expedited shipping on was delivered to the wrong address and is no longer where the delivery photo indicated. I called for support in getting it delivered to the correct address but was told I would have to wait a week to have a affidavit posted to me which I will need to mail back to receive a refund. I was ready to be a loyal customer but no more

They work in tandem with online scammers. Do not buy or give them any information. Company is an online preditor. SCAM! If you ever see a charge from them, I know you didn't sign up for anything much like myself. Just call your bank and dispute the charge then cancel and get a new card. These people will not stop charging it. If you're reading this, write a review saying the same. There are class action lawsuits against them. Only solidifying that they are scammers stealing folks money. Scumbags.

I bought king size before through Amazon but this time I bought right from king size it was a flannel shirt and it was marked down and it was a good deal for my size so I bought it. Then I see this thing sign up for a membership and you could get free shipping on this order. Not only did I not get free shipping but got charged a $1.99 for the membership so I had to go through that bullshit and get that canceled.

I would highly suggest NOT ordering from this company. Returns and exchanges are a nightmare. They charged me three times the original price when I tried to exchange a sweater for a different size. ($39.99 was the sale proce and I was charged $112 for the new size as an exchange. I called customer service and was told I have to wait until the new sweater was delivered. Then I had to call back to get the price adjustment. At that pount they kept a “processing fee” for the adjustment that was their fault anyway. Then when I sent back the original item I had to pay another $10 “processing fee” for that to be refunded to my original form of payment. They did however offer a store credit in the full amount but I have ZERO intentions to ever order from them or any of their affiliates. STAY AWAY!!

I ordered a jacket in January as I am going on a trip and live in one of the outer US States and I needed time for it to arrive. Come February 18th I was told it was supposed to arrive. I go ahead and email them and one of their "lovely" customer service representatives responded that they put my order in Collections, and I'd have to call a 1-800 number (which is not theirs' by the way) to receive it. This website is a total scam, they "mark down" their prices only to jack up shipping costs and then not even ship it to you. Do not buy from this company.

Website made me purchase before seeing shipping charges. Then would not let me cancel order. Worst customer experience I have ever experienced! Would give a zero rating if the option was available!

They automatically signed me up for some kind of rewards program I don't need and didn't want. A $20 shirt ended up costing me $100 my the time I noticed the payment coming out of my checking. My fault for not being more vigilant. I will never do business with them again. Also poor quality clothing.

I returned an item because it was defective. They sent a gift card, but it didn't even cover the cost of the item, let alone the price of shipping the replacement. I don't recommend this company.

Their item will list "Hurry, X number of Items still in stock!" Then when you order, you get told it's back ordered and you will receive the item in 5 months. That is NOT an exaggeration either. Actually said 5 months from when the order was placed.
This happened to me twice now. I won't buy from them again.

Extremely high prices. Will not correct any order error issues incurred by THEM!! 60 day return/ refund policy is a joke. Said the $7.49 gift charge was for hemming and they still weren’t hemmed. Lol. Reported to the BBB and they still lied. F yall!! Save your money and buy from Amazon. No need to redact or post my comment… the 94% <1 star rating speaks for itself. LMFAO!! I guess trump got to yall years ago!!

They're shipping and return shipping costs are outrageous. They are not reasonable and not fair I will not do business with them again. I spent $60 in that $30 back after what they sent was such poor quality I couldn't take it. Cheap poorly stitched wrong color t-shirts. Shame on KingSized
