I paid a ridiculous amount of money to have these clothing items here when they promised they would be. They were NOT DELIVERED today as promised and when I called customer service to inquire, they informed me "the carrier can take another or MANY days to deliver".....CHECK AMAZON BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS PLACE...they have the same stuff, and when they say they're going to deliver the package they do. I wasted $200 for hard core disappointment on CHRISTMAS Don't let this be you or your KID

After purchasing merchandise from FullBeauty's "KingSize" website, I was scammed into signing up for their Membership Rewards Program. To get the "free shipping" after my purchase, all I had to do is to enter my email address and "click to send". What I got was an email stating that I have to pay $1.99 for a 30-day trial period and then pay $16.95 every month after that. I don't even have an account with them. I called them immediately and cancelled this so-called SCAM membership. 12 hrs later, I get another email telling me they put my order on backorder and it won't be shipped out until the end of January 2025. I canceled this the entire order which was not easy to do.
Looks like they have scammed many people lately. I'll be contacting the BBB and my State's Attorney General if I get any more hassles from KingSize. This is a terrible company and they should be out of business.

I ordered 4 shirts, over $100 worth, they sent the wrong items, returned those and never received the right order. I called and all they will do is i order the same order and they give me free shipping….. WHAT.

Complete scam. $18 monthly charge for nothing.

Unknowingly signed up to a members reward program with monthly charge! This is a total scam. Cancelling was no easy task. I’m done shopping with King Size!

Make sure you order EXACTLY what you want! I ordered a sweater from them - rush delivery; I needed it for Christmas pictures, but it isn't what I wanted. Total of $85 purchase with shipping. I went to set up a return and they are unwilling to refund shipping nor will they refund the FULL price of the sweater - instead, they charge YOU $11 to ship it back to them!!! In the end, I am just giving them $50, for nothing!

Not to mention, the condition of the packaging... AWFUL. I didnt even know if it was a package for me or my wife. The shipping label only had my address on it. Its Christmas Time... common sense dictates you put NAMES on packages so the wrong person doesn't open it!!!

Also, reading other reviews, I apparently need to make sure I am not being charged an additional $15 a month for some subscription I didnt sign up for???

If I could give 0 stars I would don't get me wrong I like there clothes they fit awesome butt my first order I ordered a coat it fits it is warm awesome coat butt they decided with there own wisdom to sign me up for there loyalty program or whatever it is and I didn't realize it until they charged me today now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for them to give back the money that I didn't agree to give them this is BS

Don't buy from them they automatically enroll you in a rewards club without you knowing then when you call the rewards department its as if you where bothering them. they try to charge your account 16.95 per month without you knowing. very shady.

When you purchase from King Size you are enrolled in a monthly subscription, even if you don't save your card information to their site. It is next to impossible to find an area to cancel and you have to go to their rewards site and your login doesn't work. Sent 3 email inquiries to try to resolve - let's hope that works.

I bought a beautiful clock on king size But they have left a bad taste in my mouth when they told me the price of their order they charge me additional $20 for shipping and handling that was never on their invoice. Now that I see Their other reviews, I would’ve never bought from them

I ordered an outfit for my father in-law and never received it. It is going on a year now and the website still says being shipped.

They refuse to refund me and will not send the an outfit I ordered!!

I will never use this website again and I will for sure tell everyone I know to never order from this place. Even after contacting customer service multiple times, and no help at all!!!!

Bought 3 men's flannel shirts from the catalog that were originally 72.99 & 67.99. They were on sale for 60% off.
They are cheaply made and coveredwith loose threads.
I feel cheated. There is no way these shirts were ever worth $70.
Will not be shopping at King Size again.

First, half of the order is back ordered, yet they charged my card the full amount which is illegal in California.

Second, 10 full days after ordering and nothing has arrived.

FedEx has no information on the status of the shipment.

Poor delivery!!! They chose to use FedEx and my delivery date was pushed back 5 times. Queries were answered with "Delivery progressing as scheduled"!!

When I first started buying from Kingsize I liked their shorts because they were real long. But the material was crap. Every single one of them got holes in the back and in the groin area. I had like 5 pairs. And everything is so expensive there and much of the stuff not made well. I go to other sources mostly now. I took a chance though and bought some more long shorts and I haven’t had any problems with them so far. They seem to be better material.

DON'T order from them. My ordered shirts did not fit. They were Tall and as long as a suit coat. The arms fit perfectly. I sent an inquiry about sizing for replacements of the ordered items and alternately, questioned the 10.99 I was being charged to return them. I got back a 'template' letter and my return confirmation popped up and said my return was sent to an email that is not mine. NEVER again.

Don't buy from here. You will regret it.
I tried to return an item and they withheld almost all of the money. They only keep records for 90 days so good luck getting any resolution.
They will send you 5,000 emails 10 per day.
They Bait and switch on all their sales items.
Sale items are for weird colors no-one would get caught dead wearing.
Stick to Amazon.

Would give zero stars if possible, sent the wrong items and wanted to charge me a second time to ship the right items

without me asking they started charging my paypal $16.95 for some rewards crap. I will NEVER buy from them again. I am SO DAMN MAD

They claim to have shipped my order. But they didn't. I checked with the shipping company they supposedly sent it with and was informed they never recieved the item and the label is just "created". They refuse to do anything about it. They claim if i wait about a month they will consider it lost and i "should" be eligible for a refund.
