Beware of using their service
I have been quoted of $80 for a service from 7-8 morning. I woke up 6:30 just to make sure that I receive his call. The technician came at 8:30 without any equipment and says he can only do it for $150 because it is not a two seater. I never said my sofa is a two seater. I provided every details and picture they asked me they never asked if it is a two or three seaters. The technician then says it is the office’s problem.
I remembered the comments the office people mention when shared my concern if the trustpilot review is true. The office people say it is from the competitors.
Want to share my personal experience and I would recommend people asking service from a more cohesive, transparent and responsible company who does their best to give an accurate quote rather than providing a lower price first. Now I am left with so many issues because it is a time sensitive matter.

Waste of money
My fabric lounge wasn't that dirty but decided to freshen it up. Had my lounge cleaned & it actually looked worse that before. They came out again to try again but gave up after the first seat saying the marks won't come out. Complete waste of money

Don't let the reviews fool you
Don't let the reviews fool you. My carpet was wet for days after this company had "cleaned " it. The stains are still there and as the matter of fact they are even more visible now than before the cleaning.
I asked for a refund which they declined saying they didn't do anything wrong.
Absolutely shocking!
