I just wanted to leave some feedback for Julie! Today I called to pay a lump of my leasehold fees off but due to my unfortunate timing it was going to not impact my direct debit this month. Julie however did everything she could in her power to help me and went above and beyond in contacting accounts for me and letting them know
I talked to Julie on the phone for a very brief query some time ago when I first moved in to my home and she was as helpful, warm and friendly over the phone then as she was today.
A buisness is very lucky to have employees that are consistently on top of the game and providing excellent service. Which has absolutely been demonstrated by Julie. Thank you again Julie! You’re a star!
